How to commission a new Marching Band or Percussion Ensemble Show
This is a video explaining how to commission an original competitive show for marching band and indoor percussion. This is not the ONLY way to do this, but this is based on my experience as a band director and as a composer.

What's going on Jerbrel? I was wondering what advice could you give to someone that is self-taught in composition, and they would like to start writing/composing more full sound indoor percussion pieces?

Hello! I use Finale, and my sounds come from Virtual Drumline, and Rumble by the blue devils. The sounds were both $199.00 a piece. and Finale was around $200 as well.

Hello, this is just a rendering from finale. I use VET sounds by the blue devils which sound better than the normal finale sounds. I would LOVE to have a real ensemble perform and record this.

How did you input the guy speaking?
I use FL Studio to edit audio clips and place them with-in my music. You can use any Audio editing program. I hope this helps.
What library are you using for you brass sounds?
VET (Virtual Ensemble Trilogy) By the Blue Devils.
