TIMELY -- love seeing y’all shine the light on the “ practical” in terms of waking thru / intentionally thru our soul with the Lord - Yet REFRAMING our true position / ASCENDED / seated . Found myself here after spending time having to confront familiar / narrative with my family ( within myself ) -- and “ triggered “ struggling to sink back in and connect with Papa ❤ --- I’m excited to see the Lord raising up voices that are speaking outside the box and raising awareness of our INNER responsibility .. but on the terms of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE .
Hey guys, I love you... But the last few times I've checked in, I love the topic, but there's so much intro and advertisement, I have to check out before you get to the topic. Just saying...
You said what I was try to figure out how to say☝️ But the pod here is still the best thing out there! Much love!
spoiler alert: no.
But God is Love... And love NEVER fails. Mercy triumphs over judgement. I believe Love wins!
Wow! This teaching is an answer to my prayer- how do I watch the series? Thankyou ❤️
So this was 3 yrs ago - is there a sequel to the shack now? 😃
*"Can We Be Saved After We Die?"* Not to put too fine a point on it but...no. Dead people really are dead. _"Nephesh, the Hebrew word for “soul,” appears over 750 times in the Old Testament and psuche, the Greek word for “soul,” appears over 100 times in the New Testament. [...] None say anything about souls being immortal by nature."_ ~"Hell, Hades, and the Afterlife"
False teaching....now is the time to repent!! It is too late once you die. Do not be deceived. !!!
indeed, I believe the Bible warns us of these people who preach a false Jesus. Read the Bible people, please!
@@kelliewalter7788Why is it so far off to believe that God's kindness and mercy could triumph over evil. Why wouldn't God keep pursuing his beloved creation, even on the other side of the veil? Love NEVER stops loving. ♥️
@@cherylwilliams4738 Hi Cheryl, look I may be wrong but this teaching seems 'off' to me. I think the best we can do I pray for the Holy Spirit to guide us to the truth. And read the Bible often and thoroughly.
❤
I really like this episode. I do wonder what we do with the old testament sacrificial system that God set up for us.... How does this play into the concepts in this episode? Wanting to understand better. I went to Bible school and Bible graduate school and there's just a lot about all this that never made sense to me. I'm so glad you are talking about it!
So excited to see all the DYNAMIC streams of voices / expressions that are moe available… thanks for being a part of all of us learning to step outside of the box with the Lord . Thanks for trusting the Lord in your own awakening process ❤🙏🏼
Saved after your death? Heck no. Not ever. No Scripture
If youre a mormon or roman catholic, yes.
This is so powerful that I paused the video to search myself am I serving Time. Am I conditioning God with my Terms of Time. Thanks for bringing such rich insights nuggets of wisdom .
How does anyone know it is not written
OR The WORD of God told them via the new covenant. He lives inside now. O bible for 300 years. Jesus said Ill send my spirit to guide you into all truth:::not a book 😂
Blasphemy
Which part ?
@@ryanbagwell7714All of it!!
Psalm 22 has nothing to do with Jesus. It’s a prayer of David.
Who was David speaking of ? Himself?
Seriously? good grief
Every passage has everything to do with Jesus. And David prefigures Jesus
I haven’t believed in penal substitution, for many years! The thought came to me after listening to you that Jesus being in us is to show us that we have the power to create but we have been creating does not reflect LoVe - but it reflects who we think we are, who history, church, family and so many other influences have told us we are. He has come inside us to show us who we are and to began to create a world of love in us, thru us and with us.
You’re on the Wide Road
Of course you can be saved after you die, in the millennium everyone that didn't have a chance to hear the gospel can be saved in the millennium if they receive Jesus Christ they will be in spiritual bodies
What if you heard part of the gospel? Or what if you had severe attention issues? Or what if you heard it but it was taught to you by a horrible person that used it to abuse people? It’s not just as simple as ‘hearing’ words
@@JamesDirette Amen!
Since Christ reconciles all things to God ultimately every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. This is the Gospel and it is Good News for All people. Colossians 1v15-20
Get me outta here, Percy: My takeaway. 😂

Where in Australia were you …?!!
Melbourne and Sydney.
"The greatest example of the wrath of God in the biblical story is the Incarnation." 🔥 🔥 🔥 🎤 drop!
I agree the greatest mystery of the Church but ultimately it is what makes all things new and the reason for our hope. Romans 11v32-36

This is what we do in every abortion. We have hearts of stone.
Grace and inclusion here. Jesus is Lord and love your neighbor. No legalistic rules… Charismatics seem to be legalistic to me. Learn rest in the Spirit of Truth and effortless growth
I was on that rollercoaster for 50 years!
Derek, that was the exact question that got me going on this path as well! "How could what Jesus, the Son of God, did... be less powerful than what Adam did?" Good Stuff!
If anyone has an opinion of any book or work that youd think of as a comprehensive explanation of atonement id like to hear suggestions
I listen to inclusionists and the like a ton because this way of thinking sure does resonate with me. My 'complaint' is that while I see lots of compelling arguments against penal substitution, no one has been able to help me really cement the idea for me to understand the alternative well
Thankyou so much!
Love you Guys! Thank you- I need to get this explanation nailed down in words… My heart knows it.
Thank you!
My conversion to `Christ in1978 was in part due to me dabbling in the occult and playing the ouigi board / Glassy Glassy and calling up spirits to spell out the answers to my inquiry about wanting to know the future. The reality of negative energy moving a glass simply by me concentrating on moving it without me trying to physically do so persuaded me that if evil energy was around us God must also be out there to ......
Steve Chalke used to come to the celebration church meetings in the early 1990s. I love him, he’s a pioneer and accepting of LGBTQ people at Waterloo Church in London. Thank you for having him on your show.
I think it was Bill Johnson that says we need to reread Paul’s letters after understanding the encounter he had with Jesus on the Damascus road and how profound and transforming it was - we’ve become over familiar with the stories!
You were in London Jason?!
I love the anguish - so very helpful!
Oh my goodness, my story of frustration and that of my daughter watching and feeling she has to be god because ‘he’s not taking very good care of me’ I’m still trying to grasp exactly what the cross accomplished….
Hi I’ve just started to follow you and am watching session 1. Has knowing this helped you practically? I need a lot of healing. Can I get it this way. And most of all can I have a deeper walk with God. Cheers. Steve
EVERYTHING THAT IS SAID HERE IS WHAT GOD BEEN TELLING ME THIS VIDEO WAS CONFIRMATION FOR ME
❤ went back to episode 1 forward. Great content & fun ! Love hearing what I've known to be true for 50 yrs and felt alone for many years❤ BE BOLD!
What a wonderful and insightful conversation. Steve's books, "The Lost Message Of Jesus" & "The Lost Message Of Paul" have been most helpful on my reconstructive road.
I have a confession, I judged Steve in the past for having a social gospel - forgive me Steve!
Love Steve read his recent book on the lost message of Paul one of the best books on The Faithfulness of Christ that saves us not our Faith in Jesus you got to read this book!!!❤🎉
This was wonderful ❤
All men will be universally raised from the dead because Christ conquered death in universal human nature. But Christ did not assume universal identity. He did not become every individual Person. Because every individual Person makes individual choices. Which means that Nature and Person are not the same thing. Human nature is universal and Person is particular. All men will be raised from the dead. Because Christ being consubstantial with every man, assumes a mortal nature, to heal it, and deify it. Some people will be happy in the resurrection, and others will be very unhappy. Your experience of the afterlife will be determined by individual choices you made in the human nature you had in this life. People who hated God in this life will not enjoy their existence. The fire of God is his love and his wrath. Those who hated God will be burned by God's love and presence. They will not want to be in God's presence. This is the doctrine of recapitulation. All men will live forever, but some will be under the eternal torments of spiritual death. If all men are saved then the principle of individuation is meaningless. Because there is no longer any ultimate consequence for your personal choices in this life. The command to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling is meaningless. People who believe in Universalism generally are also Ecumenist, and they are almost always Neo-Platonic in their anthropology. NOTE: Notice the title in this video. “For it logically follows that if God is all-good, all-knowing, and all-powerful, then God MUST also be all-saving.” The doctrinal problem with this statement is that it binds God to necessity. "GOD MUST ALSO BE ALL-SAVING" If God is bound by necessity, then there is something greater than God Himself. God is free to judge and God is free to show mercy.
Sweet tea lover here! 😂
After years…of despair, 25 yr of counseling (kept me alive), years of searching through knowledge, church..doctrine, therapy, systems, broken and failed in every way that matters, the way above all these things…Rest in the true life of His love is now the door in front of me. Father is now my hope and Source alone.
This is so similar to my story. Apart from the fact that I grew up in house where my parents didn't go to church at all. I started as a Presbyterian, then Pentecostal, then charismatic. I prayed a prayer in 1999 asking God to lead me into the real Truth, Jesus Christ, and the religious rug was pulled out from under me, that's the Holy Spirit wrecking ball in action, ffwd to today and it's not so much about deconstruction for me, rather it's been a process of trusting God to lead me into Truth. About 12 years ago Francois du Toit came to our church, such incredible confirmation for me. God is so good. Love your podcast..
Excellent podcast! The examples you give are so good! Our Heavenly Father is such a loving Perfect Father, I highly encourage you to listen to Jamie Winship and Dan Mohler they teach this type of love with two different styles :)
