If you have renal problems ask your doctor, fleet enemas contain phosphates which is a form of phosphorus and can interfere with renal function if anything remains inside the colon. Do not keep it more than 15 minutes in any case.

使用宜痔瘡平（痔瘡塞劑）心得： 姿勢：趴著屁股抬高高，左手稍微掰開，然後右手拿好塞劑，直直塞進去不要猶豫（很重要！如果停下來的話就會卡住），塞進去大概到第二個指節就可以了，然後肛門用力收縮幾次，就躺在床上不要動了（我個人醫生是叫我晚上塞啦！） 特別心得： 1.塞屁股之前可以把塞劑拿去冰箱冰一下（10～15分鐘即可），比較不會讓塞劑拿出來的時候有部分塞劑本體都黏在包裝上（感覺錢錢飛走🥺😂），也比較不會在塞的時候因為手的溫度導致藥物軟掉不好塞，最後最後就是這樣比較堅固，碰到肛門較順利的破門而入！ 2.醫生如果有開給你痔瘡藥膏的話，反正都花錢了就給他不要猶豫的塗上去塞劑上（我的藥是消炎止痛之類的），可以有潤滑的效果，會比較好塞。 3.塞塞劑後要避免放屁以及起床後的第一個屁（會像是拉肚子一樣一些油油的水會跑出來），建議在出門前先在馬桶上好好釋放（非常重要！） 以上為個人經驗，參考就好，還是要聽醫生的話哈哈，這只是我使用三個禮拜的心得，祝大家塞的順利然後大家屁屁健康！

@@izishanThey're saying they had to poop almost immediately. Enemas are a last resort for severe constipation, they are pretty strong.

WTH you need to release the water in the toilet! Those are saline solution you are putting in your body. DO NOT sleep with it. Normally it's within 5 minutes that you'll feel the discharge.
