The Killaghtee Cross St John’s point
Possibly the oldest depiction of the Trinity knot in Ireland appears on this ancient cross on the grounds of the Old Church in Killaghtee, Co.Donegal. It is the gravestone of St. Aedh who is believed to have had a Little Cell there for prayer and contemplation.
