🎉 thank you thank you I have the same machine since Christmas and it keeps squealing and screeching and I did the same thing removed all the tubing had a bunch of crunchy gross white buildup. Cleared it all out. Now like brand new again.🎉

What if my water pumps fine, but then after a few minutes it still says add water?
Clean water lines inside the machine.
I have/had the same issue. The water pump works (fills up the upper reservoir, lines are clean (my unit is only 90 days old). but after a minute or so, it still said to add water. The float moves freely. So i looked at the (4) float wires, and noticed the yellow wire was not fully set into the control board. so I pushed the pin back into the connector, and it as been running good for the last couple days. Hopefully it stays that way, and maybe it might fix your issue.
Please update how to fix. Mine is not making ice at all
First check out if compressor is running. If it does run but coils not getting cold then it has low refrigerant. In this case you have to find where it leaks and fix it. After all you have to install valve and refill refrigeration lines. For refrigeration liquid refill you will need to find professional repair guy that will cost big money. It’s fixable but expensive repair
Thanks for sharing that information... I have the same unit and when I push the ice button no water comes out However when I push the clean button I get lots of water. Do you have any suggestions on how to get it to work. Thanks
