I’m a bit of guitar nerd but I’m a bit confused in one thing during this concert, and hopefully someone can explain to me how Seth and Korey are doing this, I’m not that concerned In John’s bass because I know sometimes he uses his bass in different tunings that what Seth and Korey does so that he doesn’t have to switch basses so much, but, if you listen very carefully, instead of playing whispers In the dark (which is the opening song) in drop B tuning they play it in Drop A tuning, which I like a lot more, gives more of a darker tone to it. But here comes the part where I get a bit confused,they some how very easily go from whispers which is in drop A tuning to forsaken which is in drop B tuning, without tuning them back up or changing guitars, I know you can use whammy pedals and other things to change the tuning of your guitar to go lower but why use it for a full song.
Probably used a drop pedal! Makes it easy to switch between different tunings in seconds. They started to play whispers in drop A so John wouldn’t strain his voice as much

As usual they put their all into it - but I have to say production was terrible. Bass out of tune for a lot of the show, Jon's singing out of tune - I love the band so I want to assume it was a case of bad monitoring on stage.
Great band, great show, i just can't unsee how obviously fake the cello was at the beginning. We know there is a backing track behind him, and he is supposed to play with it, but his bowing and vibrato often dont match what is going on inthe music. In the chorus, where he supposedly hits the A, he doesn't hold the note like it sounds, and in the main riff at the end, he is bowing the rythm part while playing the main part with his left hand.
