I remember watching this when i was only in kindergarten. I havent watched it since, but it popped into my mind. I typed "boy fixes princess shoe animation" and found it. Actually a new show on netflix "digital circus" kinda reminded me of thr cobbler for some reason. I couldnt wait to finally have time to sit down and watch it again, and its just as cute as i remember. Not like anyone will read this comment really im sure haha just rambling. Oh yeah i graduate this year. So its been over a decade since i thought if this film haha thats all igz i thought it was kinda funny, walking into school watching this and then walking out.

I love how his tack looks like a mouth at times. Clever design.

I said this before, the detail of his skin being pale, showing he constantly works, never really going outside, and then by the end, he is nicely tan because of the long adventure to the witch where he was under the sun for who knows how many days with no shade love little details like that

i like the idea of how he was able to defeat a whole army with a tack, i think it's a way of showing that you can do anything with what your able to do,

Found this movie only a year ago, and out of every movie I've ever watched, it has the most rewatches

I watched the original dubbed and the redubbed, I found the redubbed hilarious (the thiefs voice over was hilarious so if you want a good laugh watch the redubbed version) but I liked the orginal dubbed better though Also of you wondered why it was redubbed in the first place because they wanted to make it more for kid friendlier they also reanimated some parts of the movie to (the cobblers voice caught me off guard in the orginal dub because I watched the redubbed version as a kid) If you read this far Fun fact about this movie This movie took about 28 years for the creator to make and it was also hand drawn and disney found out about this movie and decided to make Aladdin and released it before the cobbler and the thief movie did so it made them seem that the cobbler and the thief was a ripoff version of Aladdin.. and for some reason the movie was renamed 'Arabin knight' at one point Tldr- Aladdin is actually a rip off version of the cobbler and the thief
