Fortunately, I realized that this man knows what he is talking about. Not in a sense that he has acquired deep knowledge, rather that he is truly trying to convey the feeling of peace that he must have attained.

I had the wonderful opportunity to have participated in one of Graig’s breath workshops at the Stonecoldsober festival in June. Having never experienced a breathwork session. It was a new awakening. I was like what was in that balm? The whole experience was quite trippy. Now I’m looking for a good practitioner in London I can go to for breathwork sessions. Perhaps having to taking the odd trip to Manchester to attend some of Graig’s workshops again. Thank you. Thank you, thank you🙏🏽
