Biography
Sanja was born in Gradacac, Bosnia-Herzegovina. She had her first performance at the age of 7, in Tuzla where she lived until she was 18. Learned guitar at the age of 14 and immediately played and sang in various bands, where she also wrote songs as a singer/songwriter. Completed music school in Tuzla (2 classes, with Prof. Predrag Stancevic - classical guitar and Prof. Lejla Teskaredzic - classical singing).
Lives in Vienna since 2005, came to study and met her dear husband from Vienna, the guitarist, producer and musician Lukas Gutt. Sings and writes songs in the band KOFOS, leads a solo project as a singer/songwriter.
Her style begins from ethno, flows to pop and ends up with rock & indie. Sanja wrote couple of jazz songs as well and continues to write for other musicians.
