Kim's points about credibility and trust are key. Analysts can definitely relate to what he's saying with that.
Very informative perspective on data governance. I loved the conversational flow of the show. I empathized with the struggle of where the ownership of data governance resides in a centralized model. If IT or the centralized data team owns the governance, you ask a few people to be experts on a wide breadth of systems and business metric concepts. Your advice to keep it small initially is dead on the money. Governance is important for the long-term sustainability of data reporting, but it is an added cost to offset the value of that governed metric.
Nice work, Logan and team! This will be an extremely useful tool for organizations looking to streamline, consolidate, and optimize their Power BI tenants. Looking forward to seeing what y'all do next!
