Thanks Elizabeth. It is so very important for buyers to have a realtor like you on their side. I discovered last week that squirrels chewed through some electrical wiring. Thankfully I was having some work done and had not finished putting up the sheetrock. Squirrels are a fire hazard. If they are in your walls take the time to find their point of entry and close it off.
