This is an old outdated build haha. Haven't made any new guides for awhile since D4 was in a bad state. The new one involves frozen orb but is more of a conjuration build. I could probably throw something together for it if you want to see that one.

Tempest Roar, Waxing Gibbous, and Staff of the Crone. I have killed millions & millions of these mob types and never seen any uniques. In fact all my uniques have been NM dungeon rewards or event / chest related. So there is nothing easy about this and it seems like a massive time waste unless you luck out with a massively densely packed area that offers comparable xp to as other methods of leveling/farming. I doubt the legitimacy of this info. I know it's Icy Veings, not blaming you.

@-ClownGaming NM dungeons do have the highest chance for uniques you are right but this is to target farm. I got my raiments chest piece the first one from a normal ruins run. Best possible outcome would be to target these NM dungeons strictly to get the drops. But I can vouge for the legitimacy of these mobs dropping those specific item slots due to testing in each area. Not saying you will 100% get unique items but if your target farming these are the mobs you want to look out for.

If the fight goes on long enough kinda. That's why I went deep freeze to kinda regen mana and get my cool downs back. Try making sure the boss stays vulnerable as much as possible. And get them staggered asap that will be a huge chunk of damage you can output in that window. Frost nova, ice shards, frost nova, ice shards deep freeze, frost nova ice shards frost nova should do a good job of getting them staggered pretty quick

There is an aspect that allows deep freeze to also heal you if you wanna try that out. I would swap it with my boots if I had something other then uniques atm.

Appreciate it! I'm still working on a good paragon board setup currently using northwar maxroll one as a starter and will be tweaking it soon. This is all subject to change come season one so just trying to get the base builds out there.
