Cool, I was actually on the flight from Frankfurt landing the same afternoon, maybe just before you as SQ325. Remembering the cloudy conditions..11 hrs 40 min flight time.
Ah nice one! yeah werent the greatest of approaches for visual effect at least lol. Did you record your landing? Did you stay in singapore or was it a lay over for a connecting flight?
No, it was cloudy but fortunately no rain. I recorded it yes, I do have the whole video if you want :) I actually transited to a late night departure to Sydney, same aircraft (9V-SWN) another 7 hours 10 minutes to Sydney :) 9V-SWM from Frankfurt.

That looked like a hard landing! I'm booked on this flight in October, which will be my first time with CX. How would you rate them?
Haha yes was a bit of a bump! There was clearly a cross wind on a approach so the pilot actually did really well. I had nothing to lean on either so it made it seem a little worse as well. I am going to be honest, this was my 2nd time with Cathay (we went to Australia so at least 8 different flights altogether) and each time they were 5 star mate even in economy. Couldn't fault them!

Yes I've seen that already, loved the aerial views of Circular Quay! I'll only be in Sydney a few days, but in Australia for 2 months. Can't wait!

Great video never flown Etihad what is the service like? Etihad are flying A380 from Abu Dhabi to London Heathrow from December
