Rent is accurate. Grocery is more like $400-$600 per month as $600-$800 in the USA . Meal at street food cart is $3-8 (not restaurants). Regular restaurants is $15-$25 ( that is with a soft drink or juices and plus mandatory 28 percent tax and tip ). Uber and taxi is accurate. $300 per month for owning a car is lie. It will cost you more around $800 per month for a mediocre 7 years old kia or Hyundai. Car prices is almost double the cost in the states and gas is over $5 per gallon. Carwash and maintenance labor cost is cheaper tho. His Health insurance is accurate. His Education is accurate. Household item like tv are more expensive then the USA. Overall DR, is only 15/20 percent less then the USA

Albania is 5 times more cheap than Italy Croatia and Greece and the rest of south Europe ! Direct flight from Albania to London is just 2h 20 min flight amazing land and nice food , too much story for 30,000km2

Lots of misinformation here...the one year tourist visa is only for American citizens. 90 day visa for all other foreigners. Rental prices in Tirana are now $800-$2000 in the city center. Groceries will be close to $400 for 2-4 people.
