Hes 1 of only a few character in this post endgame mcu that im very interested in, i hope his redemption arc is amazing

John Walker has that type of back story and character arc that kinda reminded me of Spider-Man in a way. The Great-Power comes great responsibility type of arc. He was given the title of Captain America...he didnt ask for it, He only accepted it, as way of a soldier serving his country. And the hold time he had to hold his own, dealing with both the bad guys and even the main characters who disliked him for nothing less then following orders. In the process of being turned into the villain, he lost his Job, his status and his bestfriend who was the only one who cheered him on and believed in him.

I firmly believe that of all the characters that the MCU has introduced post-endgame, John Walker is so far the best - can't wait to see more of him in the Thunderbolts. Great edit by the way.

Series should have been called US Agent and more focused on US agent exploring being Captain America, less time for falcon and ws. Flag smahers would have been a very good villain as directly against US agent ideology of Nationalism .

John worked so hard to be a hero for America he tried so hard to prove himself to Sam and bucky treated him like trash, he lost his best friend, he is not proud of his medals calls them reminder of the worst day of his life he chose to save people over taking revenge government threw him away people blamed him for killing a terrorist in the end he still didn't turn evil, remained who he really is he is the captain America people don't deserve
