Sen ilk başta temel olarak bunları yap,bare konusuna gelince yine tavsiyr vere bilirim,ama bence şuanlık bu dediklerimi yapsan yeterli. Parmak egzersizlerini 15 dak,her gün yap. Başarılarını dilerim,başka sorun varsa sormaktan çekinme bu arada❤️
