It's definitely interesting. I was keen on newsletters and started studying about them. Sharing your experience and growing your personal brand simultaneously is a damn great idea, and you're nailing it.

It's truly fascinating, and I kinda feel lucky that this model isn't saturated yet. endless opportunities, gotta hit big now
Beg to differ everyone now has a newsletter and its not humanly possible to consume 10+ newsletters for any person, for this Google will have to change the way they serve newsletters or some technological shift will have to happen in newsletter consumption but newsletters will crash and burn soon, open rates are gonna drop, sub numbers will be inflated because they'll signup for the one lead magnet you were giving at the time of acquiring them. Its not early, its too late. The party will soon be over.
It's going through the same evolution every industry does. A few early success stories (Morning Brew, Milk Road) showing people what's possible, a bunch of people rushing in and creating a bubble until the market rinses out the best ones. Survival of the fittest. Barron's thought Amazon would go bankrupt in 1999 since the dot com crash took everyone out but the best quality businesses stay even after the bubble pops. I'm not saying everybody is going to be able to start the next Milk Road but a lot more people are going to use newsletters as a secondary source of income.

I was in same condition where being broke in clg day was a jail and we need to wait 2-3yrs to get a job, As 19 yr old indian after watching all improvement video from 1st country people we get anxious to make the immediate money, I started hustle in 2022 after years I found that Results are in the process rather than focusing on outcome. This was the problem I encountered I brainstormed hard for it got stuck, finally an answer thanks again I also have a question what kind of bank structure did you use? does India have like an International bank? Like this is for real I dont know anything about banks like what kind of bank do you need for payout.
To receive payments from Beehiiv, you have to setup a Stripe Express account, you can link that Stripe Express account to do regular payouts to any bank account here in India. It's the same in most places
