Scratchbuild RC EDF Biplane
I built this plane to have something to fly low n' slow, while also using it as a platform to experiment with a more unusual aircraft configuration. It also makes a great landing gear platform, and landing/departing from dirt, grass, and pavement makes this plane one of my current favorites.

Had some fun noodling around with the piano reduction score of Wicked recently, so I decided to do a little recording! The Wizard and I is a good blend of not being too technically challenging but also being really satisfying to bang out on the keys. also, I didn't realize until I started editing this video that half of the keys are blocked by the shelf in front of the camera. Sorry about that!

thanks! It definitely stalls if you want it to! The stalls are not dangerous stall-spins though, since the wing loading is relatively low. It's nice and floaty.

Glad you could make a vid out of this even if he was flown only twice, the nacelle was intriguing
yes! If I had the chance to redesign I would have rounded the inlet lip instead of leaving it a sharp corner and conformed the intake more to the size of the EDF itself. Assuming no new boundary layer turbulence issues, I could have shrunk everything down a little and reduced the inlet size altogether (and maybe given me a tad more thrust).

Yes, I was a volunteer. Unfortunately they changed the rules so no drones allowed in the town.

@@pablopower4023 that's what I thought too, until you realize a.) there are power lines b.) there are always people walking everywhere and c.) you REALLY don't want to damage any of the buildings
That wont win any competition flying trophies and will never even show in a beauty contest, but it's probably a blast to fly and really affordable to replace... well done, I love it.
