which are better for 400 and 800 m?
The ambition is better for the 400/800 in my opinion the victories are a little unstable on the curves
they are not for 800m or 1500m so yr review is pointless....... it like take a garden spade and telling us its not very good for cutting up your meat pie on your plate. Adidas Ambition are the spikes designed for 800m/1500m......... no need to thank me.

Are they the same as the tokyo ones you already reviewed or a totally different feel? Have you tried the ambition?
avanti is a long distance spike. the tokyo version of the avanti doesnt have a spike plate. not the greatest shoe. the spikes push on the bottom of your forefoot as well. can feel bruising from where the spikes push through a few days after. The avanti tokyo version just feets like a racing flat with spikes. the energy rods dont give as much snap as a spike plate. this black version looks like they addressed that problem.
So its the upgrade to the Tokyo one just not the same Name? The long distance version ( which is the one he is testing)

Idk about that one. I know a lot of people race in the dragon flys for cross country. But this one is more of a middle distance spike I wouldn’t go any further than competing in a Mile in them.

I would go Vic’s for the 800, Ambition for the 400.

I ran in them in a 800 race(bad race 1:57) , they are springy and got a lot of pop. Comparing them to the dragonfly’s the dragon flys are a little more comfortable, and will keep your foot strike neutral. The Endorphin Cheetah will keep you on you rolling forward on your forefoot more.

I would not run in either for a 3K lol. If I was going to do a 3K I would run in the dragonfly’s they are more comfortable.

Yep, I have the air zoom victories. The End. are definitely more stable when you are running the curves, my feet felt more locked down in them, it has a more sturdy upper.
