No More Spectators
This week, we continue in our New Year, Same You series by studying Titus 3. God doesn't call us into his kingdom to be spectators. He wants us in the game! And giving gets us into the game. Giving our time, talent, and treasure is one of the first steps toward living on mission for God. Jesus gave his life generously for us, so now we can give generously to others. This week we studied Titus 2:1-8 as we continued in our New Year, Same You teaching series. We learned that discipleship happens in community with other believers. Discipleship is both Word taught, and life caught, and it requires self-control. Thankfully the gospel motivates us to live out these "good deeds" of discipleship. Today we began a new teaching series in the book of Titus. It's a new year, but the same you. If you want to have hope when your resolutions fail, you need a transformation from the inside-out.
