I fucked up by skipping my tryout to take time for self 2018. I'm 24 now, have had 3 back surgeries for a scist sometimes legs go numb still and just quit my ADHD medication last year. I finally feel like myself again hard to grind like I did when I was trying to go d1 but i have been in mens leagues and working out again. Am I too old to do this now? Doing it for my soul and my future kids, would love some advice

Bruh, we already know it's not just hard work. some have to work harder than others. we all knew the gifted athlete growing up that didn't work hard, they were just more naturally gifted. And every athlete in a division 1 program is working hard or they losing their scholarship. Have we forgotten that one of the most dominant players in the NBA ever in Shaq has a reputation for literally being a lazy @ss or giving half effort. There's nothing to be happy about or sad about. I don't agree with how it went down but happy or sad, there's no Bronny check coming to the house. No need to get this emotionally invested in the lives of the haves.
