I know! Les was putting me under all sorts of pressure and I was starting to make little mistakes. Luckily it didn't take him out completely and didn't lose a position. Hopefully a bit more exciting racing next week for the final races of season 15.

I was more than happy with 2nd 😁 The three of us at the front had very similar pace. Just came down to who was most consistent. Lukas's hot lap video and setup helped me massively!

😂 Unforced errors are sometimes worse than being punted off the track, can't blame anyone but myself for that cock up 😂 Might have caught up with Jack to battle for 3rd, but he's fast, not sure if I could've passed him Happy with the points I got from 5th though - keeps me in the top 10 of division 1 for now 😊

Heya, thanks 😄 I know you can display the PC monitor within the headset and use the controller, but I just mouse click join race on the website and put the Quest on afterwards If you've got the quest working fine in single player through content manager, it should be the same, just with the extra join server window that appears hope that helps?

@@Pundus with the pico 4 i use virtual desktop so start from the lfm site in content manager.. just have to jump out of my rig to hit record on obs after quali lol.. the lack of alt tab in vr is the only real pain.. would love to see some videos from the vr perspective to compare to how i have it set up.. footage still looks good even with pp and reflections turned off for performance

@@G-13FeedMe I'm tempted by the Pico, been using my old Quest 2 for a week as the charging/link port melted in the Quest 3 (been sent back for refund) I've tried recording in VR but even thought the capture is a smooth 60fps, it drops to about the same in VR, when it's normally capped at 90

are you driving in vr then using the replay camera for the video?.. been recording and uploading vr races in the r35 with commentary but its difficult to get them to show in searches for just ac lfm

@@G-13FeedMe yeah I just record the replay after the race in OBS and edit in Resolve. Might try again in the future when I get my replacement headset with different settings to make it so the frame rate doesn't tank in VR while recording. I'll check out your channel and videos 😃

Hey man, nice racing against you. Think I was one position behind you on a Thursday race as well So with replays. Tick the option for Remove original 1 GB size cap in General Patch Settings in CSP Then in Content Manager Settings there's a Replay tab - play around with whatever settings suit you. I put the quality and file size to max Replays should then be in your Media tab in CM where you can play them back and save them

You could say, I smashed into the back of Andre first lap I think and ended up fighting mostly for positions near the back. I think this was the same race I put up earlier this week 😊

@@ibro68 ah nightmare. Yeah I think you put another race up. I was getting decent times in practice but couldn't replicate in thr race. Even if I did. I don't think I would have caught up to 2nd

@@Pundus yeah, in both yours and mine I made a mistake, In practice the track is always 15/18°c and 100% but I seem to be a bit more consistent in the practice sessions

Thanks 😄 The dashboard on the bottom right is a slightly customised PhilmDash (Dash5) for Simhub: www.overtake.gg/downloads/philmdash.20460/ It's meant for a tablet or phone screen, but I record it separately and add it to the replay footage after CMRT Essential HUD is good alterative for an overlay in game - and what I use when racing (just not used in the video) www.overtake.gg/downloads/cmrt-essential-hud.69475/ The Realtime and Radar are both built into CM/CSP

Heya, Mods shouldn't require Steam, just where you have the game installed Are you using Content Manager and Custom Shaders Patch? A lot of car mods require CPS to work properly, that could be the problem Hope that helps :)

Thanks 😃 AC wouldn't be what it is without the amazing modding community and now with LFM! The VRC cars are the 1st paid mod I've bought and are well worth it. Hopefully they'll add a few more cars from that era. Tried something new with switching to the track cam, P3 was soo far ahead it seemed better to focus on trying to defend the position, glad you appreciated it. Nardone definitely kept me honest and forced a few errors on my part. The race winner shared his setup on Discord later on. Interesting to see what changes were made compared to mine, and hopefully can apply some to my next race at Snetterton 🤞 Thanks again, and for the sub 😁
