I had long hair and wore my hair in a tight bun for years. It will gradually make your hair thin out at the temples , front of hairline and back of scalp. It will damage your healthy hair. Either get your hair cut to a comfortable length so you can wear it down or else put a couple barrets on the sides to keep hair out of your face or off your neck. Never pull your hair tight even in barrets. Always keep it loose.

Definitely try and minimize tying your hair up into tight buns! That's the same case for me, but since massaging my scalp I've found its been helping a lot with soreness!

The point of the scalp massager here in the video is (I think) to get rid of the tension in the hair also about dandruff, you could use a scalp massager. I had the same problem not long ago and the scalp massager did wonders. Btw dandruff is a result of grease that's not washed properly from the scalp so oiling won't help.

You can use it before and during! I like to use it before i wash my hair just to massage my head after a long day of having my hair tied up, but i always use it during shampoo!

Use onion peel and curry leaves tonner Boil onion peel and curry leaves with 2 cups of water and let it boil until the water turns brownish in colour Then keep it aside until it cools down and then apply it on your scalp and ends using a spray bottle and after 30 mins wash it of with any mild shampoo Use this as a substitute for oil before shower but don't forget to oil you ends after shower for extra shine This remedy stopped my hairfall after using it for 6 months And losing hairs on regular basis after hair wash and after everyday after detangaling or combing is normal if the number of hair you are losing is 100 or less than hundred

Apart from this if you want thick hair drink 8 ounces of water daily and avoid stressing out about hairfall because as much as you think about it you will get more stressed and stress is also one of the reason for hairfall.Also avoid tying your hair into a bun and try to secure them in a braid as it prevent roots from pulling. Hey! have you tried brushing your hair before massaging your scalp? I've definitely had a bunch of hair fall out but when i started scalp massaging i've found that its less and less hair fall out!
