For lag free experience first of all you should have high-speed internet and a machine having min specs as mentioned on capcut website. After that if you want to excess features which vary region to region, you should watch out recent video on which vpn to use for capcut pc.

Please try to add assets for practicing.

Don't bother with 4.3.0. The timeline is broken; if you add stickers, text or other elements then edit the main track, the stickers etc no longer follow the edit or trim. Grouped items is also broken; audio etc no longer moves with the video or trims/edits. And of course they just keep making more and more free features "Pro".
Yeah there are problems in the beta version, hope it gets fixed soon.
