@@mudaseer21 They would expect for such experienced person below: 1. Should be able to write Java/Python code independently. 2. Be able to enhance and maintain automation framework or develop from scratch if no framework exists(for a new project) 3. Perform code reviews and approve PR(Git Pull requests), 4. Mentor team members and help them for any technical help or debugging to troubleshoot issues. 5. Have very good hands on experience in Selenium automation tool/other automation tools, have good hold in any 1-2 programming languages, Rest Assured Automation, good in DevOps- Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes , any 1 cloud tools like AWS/GCP/Microsoft Azure, be able to automate regression in same agile sprint

Yes we can use selectorhub as well. However, I personally feel we should learn and practice on how to create xpath or locators on own so that it would be of great use in projects when you work in IT companies.

Hi Nita, You need to start with couple of things- manual testing basics, learn how to create locator, any 1 programming language(Python/Java) in parallel and invest sometime daily like an hour. Then, once this schedule is set, invest daily half n hour more for automation learning- Selenium . If you do this dedicatedly It will make you prepared in next 4-5 months for a job.
