Thank you for sharing this video. Why didn't you use mortar between the cinder blocks of the new piers? I'm looking to do a similar project for an old home built in 1901.

I’ve done this a few times and always used mortar. Definitely use it if you do it. It’ll be way more solid of a structure
I need to stack new blocks under my place and thought the same. They sell a caulking type glue for concrete blocks 😅👍 i actually have some blocks under my house that are separating from each other, it's bad but I need to pour or put some fountain underneath the blocks first 😢

What kind of pipe is that? Why would you not use something larger like cmu or concrete cylinders to hold up the slab?
