that's so bad ass, I thought there was only red falling leaf fuse.

I have been using this fuse for a couple years now but it goes out when it hits too much glue I have around my end plug.. hoping the green visco burns through it better.

we would also recommend if doing zip tie when you have your starting ignition fuse make that fuse longer towards your shells or product your shooting off because if you leave say 1" sometimes fuse flys off before it can light your main fuse for your racks. we usually do 3" into our added fuse to insure leader fuse will ignite fused racks

Why in the hell are you promoting the use of hot glue plugs,that is one of the most dangerous fucking things amateurs do when trying to make firecrackers,the original m-80 and silver salute only used paper and white glue,i build reproduction original salutes with the same techniques they used,and the same chemical formulas,theres nothing left after ignition but confetti no plugs or tube completely gone,stop encouraging people that dont know better to use hot glue for plugs its stupid and dangerous

Great notes and should help people a lot. For the direct fire ports, after insertion of the initiator, there are white plastic ears that are designed for the wire to be wrapped around like a rope cleat. This secures the ignitor so it can’t be pulled out.

You should never use got glue or anything that will become a projectile,flash powder doesn't need all of those kinds of glue,just a paper end plug and white glue that's all that's required

Would you say paper end caps are better then? I just ordered some tubes and plastic emd caps from you guys. Thank you very much. I used cheap glue and just the caps are blowing out of the tubes and the tube stays whole. I have to buy a good glue gun I see now. Thanks for the video!

Where can u find fuse like this? Not the one that burns like the pre cut ones.

To fire visco with an ematch (Firewire) , if you don't want to poke the cake, try this: ruclips.net/video/d9fLAYEuCv4/видео.html For larger tube cakes I poke the first tube and insert an ematch, but for high shot count, small bore tube cakes, the soda straw trick works better. You really can't poke the small tubes and get a match in there.
