**Fun fact** the late Helen McCrory who starred as Narcissa Malfoy in HP series also starred in an earlier Tv adaptation of Anna Karerina by PBS in 2000. If you fell in love with Helen McCrory as Narcissa wait till you see her in this series, it’s one of most ingenious yet underrated roles starring as the lead actress Anna Karerina. The acting between her & Kierra is different as night and day.
Loved her performance in Peaky Blinders as well. RIP

You know people with severe depression, like me. We can look normal to most, but every day it’s a struggle. I can’t breathe most nights. I’m consumed in my own thoughts. Everyday I think, today is my last. I hate most days, but I keep going until I can’t anymore. Depression is so real! I’m not faking it, I’m consumed by it. Depression is my only friend and I no longer fear death.

It hurts so bad. The depression is consuming me. They said take your medicine you will be fine, nothing is wrong. In reality on the inside it’s a war inside my head. Some night I lay some nights I don’t but, they all feel the same. I wish there was an off switch to make it all stop. To make the pain go away. So I give a fake smile and say, “I’m fine.” It’s easier to say that then to be put on new medicine. Just feel so broken and worthless. No one knows how much everything is eating at me. I feel like a hollow shell of the man everyone wants me to be. I feel so useless. I’m tired of trying to be normal. All this over thinking is driving me crazy. Why must depression hurt like hell and NO one understands? They say they want the truth but, in reality they want to hear, “I’m fine.” So they can move on with their day. I hate my life so much! Just wish someone understands me!
Trust me there are people out there who will understand even if you don't believe it and people don't want hear you're fine they want to know the truth. Yes it may seem easier to lie and hide but you need to be okay. Your health is what matters. You sometimes need to put yourself first in order to get better. And I promise it will get better maybe not right away but overtime it will. Sometimes medicine can help but its not for everyone for me it did nothing. And if the medicine isn't working tell someone so they can change it. And remember this is a mental illness, you didn't choose this nor do you want it.
