We spent three days at the port of Las Galletas. Arriving at night without a reservation, the night watchman kindly found us a spot on the pontoon. We checked in the next day when the office opened. The cost was approximately 25 euros per night for our 12-meter monohull. The marina offered excellent amenities, including a supermarket in the village, a gas station within the harbor, showers, and even a self-service washing machine and dryer.
Unbelievable reception! A blonde woman in the office attempted to charge us for a 15-meter berth for our 11.20-meter boat for the second time. Additionally, she added €2.90 per day for water, €3 for electricity, and €2.50 per person per day for showers. On a day with 3-meter swells, she refused to let three anchored boats in, claiming there was no space, even though there were at least five vacant spots. A family with a baby on board was only allowed into the marina after threatening to contact the police due to their emergency situation. They were then billed €80 for a two-night stay.
It's unfortunate that the port staff are so unprofessional. They often yell without greeting or introducing themselves. Access to the exterior pontoon, which was allowed in December, is now denied in May. Their explanation, shouted at us, was: "December is December, now it's May, so move along!" Well done, Madam, you are right, you clearly don't need tourists.
Arrived on Friday when all charters have to go back to their bases. Sailboat 11.4mtrs two nights 272 euro. Lot’s of swell because of ferries. Make sure to keep plank/passerelle on board or quay. Otherwise it will end up in the water for sure. Release stern lines a bit for the night for less shaking. Not very comfortable, but you are in the hart of a beautiful city.

I booked with the app and called on the phone, very kind and helpful. All services at hand even a great restaurant in front of the berth. I was afraid there would be a lot of hustle and bustle until late in the evening with loud music, instead all very quiet. We will definitely stay there again. Super Update 2024. Always excellent, impeccable service, very clean bathrooms. This time they put us in a more interior place right in front of the market super stocked with everything even I found Italian playing cards. Great prices everywhere even in the village.

We arrived at the quay in front of the Korfos restaurant and were warmly greeted. Janis Markellos, the restaurant's owner, assisted with the mooring, providing several planks up to four meters long, one of which he promptly placed on our boat. The food was simple but delicious. When one of our crew members experienced kidney pain, Janis kindly drove them to the hospital at 11 PM. A huge thank you to him! Korfos is a well-protected bay with moorings and ample anchorage options. The wind here is typically two to three Beaufort less than outside the bay, making it an excellent spot to dock.
Thanks for your feedback!
Avoid this port if possible. Contacting a sailor upon arrival is nearly impossible. There is a waiting dock for passers-by, but it’s often crowded with poorly placed boats taking up too much space. While fellow users are helpful, you won’t find any sailors around to assist. On the positive side, the toilets are clean. However, supermarkets are far away, and access to the port is hindered by long lines of fishermen.
Thanks for your feedback!
We spent two nights in port, moored alongside a low concrete dock, enduring 20 knots of north-northwest wind. Although the mooring ropes are quite rusty, they held up well. The depth at the lowest point we measured was 3.3 meters. Be aware that the swell enters the harbor, causing a backwash, so it's essential to protect your boat with low fenders. We didn't encounter any rats or pests, but there was a significant amount of litter. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk across the bridge from the port. For waste disposal, garbage cans are conveniently located to the left at the port exit.

Which rule ?
rule 18 c a vessel engage in fishing underway shall give way to only ram and nuc
We spent the entire winter of 2022/23 here and it was truly wonderful! The marina offers good protection from the wind, except when it blows from the N/NW and waves enter Mirabello Bay, causing uncomfortable swells inside the marina. Despite this, electricity and water services were consistently reliable. For assistance, the marineros can be reached at 0030/6980062998 day or night. Refueling is carried out by tanker at concrete pier A upon entering the marina. However, the 2023/2024 season was a disappointment compared to the previous year. The sanitary facilities were often unclean with mold, and hot water was scarce with low pressure. Despite reporting issues to the office, no improvements were made. Furthermore, there was a lack of communication from the marina regarding planned water shutdowns or office closures, despite having our contact details. The marineros' competence was also questionable, with observed dangerous maneuvers mishandled by staff. Additionally, the marina does not assume liability for boats left unattended, requiring boat owners to arrange for others to care for their vessels. Despite these drawbacks, the town of Agios Nikolaos is delightful, with all amenities within walking distance from the marina. A weekly market takes place every Wednesday morning, offering a variety of fresh produce, while a local fruit and vegetable store provides regional delicacies and expert advice from the friendly owner, Maria. Overall, while the marina may have its challenges, the surrounding town offers ample delights for visitors.

We arrived at approximately 9 p.m. and found the channel to be quite wide, although caution is advised for the last red buoy, particularly in the unlit conditions. Surprisingly, there were more boats in winter storage than expected, with small buoys strategically placed between the docks. Fortunately, we secured a pleasant spot that shielded us from inclement weather for three days. Access to water and electricity required a 10€ card, and the overnight fee was 38€ for a 15-meter vessel. While the city was a bit distant, car rental services were conveniently available onsite. The facilities, including clean toilets, and the overall reception were satisfactory.
Thanks for your feedback!
New electricity and water boxes have recently been installed along the quay, providing improved access for boaters. Unlike before, where multiple boats often had to share a single box, each berth now has its own utilities. However, access to these amenities is now subject to charges, and unfortunately, the card required for this service is currently only obtainable at Kos Marina. Additionally, while there are currently no harbor fees in place, the number of free berths is limited due to the presence of many tourist boats and some vessels with permanent berths. When entering and leaving the marina, caution is advised, as there is a sandbar in the middle of the entrance with a water depth of approximately 1.5 meters. It is advisable to stay closer to the breakwater to the south for safer navigation.

We arrived unregistered but received an incredibly warm welcome from the marina team - they're fantastic. Currently, the wind is blowing steadily at 20 knots with gusts, so it's important to heed the marked fairway and maneuver accordingly. The marina typically doesn't accept reservations anymore; instead, berths are allocated upon arrival if available. Due to frequent regattas, berth availability can vary. Overall, the facilities are impeccably clean and well-maintained, although the sanitary facilities have a slight musty smell. There are some modern washing machines available, and access to jetties and showers is granted with a card. There's also a community of liveaboards here, offering excellent opportunities for socializing. On-site amenities include a dockyard and a chandler (with German-speaking staff), while additional chandleries are located opposite on the shore. Nearby, there are excellent dining options. For sewing or sail repairs, Richard T. can be reached at +34619430643. Some local tips: there's a sprawling beach promenade with regular events like music concerts. Additionally, large supermarkets such as Hiperdino and Mercadona are nearby, some even offering delivery services.

After spending a week in various bays, the time came when we needed the comforts of electricity, water, and a refreshing shower once more. Upon announcing my boat's arrival (10 meters) via radio, assistance was promptly provided, with a helper awaiting us at the jetty. Maneuvering within the marina proved to be a bit tight, even with my relatively small boat. The marina facilities, however, were commendable, boasting clean showers, convenient access to a small supermarket just 200 meters away, and a nearby petrol station. Furthermore, the allure of the beautiful old town of Zadar added to the appeal. Nonetheless, the overnight stay came at a price, totaling €108 per night.
Thanks for your feedback!
Navigating into the harbor poses significant risks, especially at night. The entrance is obstructed by ongoing construction, as a new wall is being erected directly in the shipping route. Currently, this wall stands at the waterline without any official warnings or lights to signal its presence, making it a hazard to navigation. Despite complaints from the harbor crew to the authorities regarding this dangerous situation, no action has been taken thus far. To circumvent the obstacle, a sort of U-turn maneuver is necessary instead of a direct entry. However, once at the dock, assistance from the harbor crew was commendable.
Thanks for your feedback!
This marina earns top marks for its exceptional service. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a team of five sailors in a dinghy, who guided us to our designated dock (E) and provided invaluable assistance with mooring. The pontoons are well-maintained and spacious, while the bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The marina also boasts a range of amenities, including a charming restaurant-bar, a well-stocked minimarket, and a small equipment store that even offers bike rentals at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day. Additionally, guests can indulge in pampering at the beauty farm store or stay active at the gym. While the town center is a leisurely 1.7 kilometers away, the marina's location offers easy access to pristine beaches on the nearby peninsula, just 2.5 kilometers away. Surrounded by a pine forest, these beaches are best explored by bike or electric scooter, both of which are recommended for a hassle-free journey. Overall, the marina exudes a sense of peace and tranquility, offering a comfortable and stress-free experience for visitors. For a serene retreat on Cres, look no further than this excellent marina.
Thanks for your feedback!
During our winter stay here, we were pleasantly impressed by the warm hospitality of the marina staff, the excellent facilities, the vibrant liveaboard community, and the charming town. Despina at the reception always greeted us with a radiant smile, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The marineros diligently ensured the safety of our boat, conducting frequent checks throughout the day. When we discovered a broken chain on one of our mooring lines after a week, they promptly replaced it with a new one. The facilities were impeccably maintained, with private bathrooms equipped with showers, sinks, and toilets, adding to the comfort of our stay. Laundry services were available at a reasonable rate of 3 euros, although the limited number of washers and dryers occasionally resulted in wait times. The marina also boasts an impressive library with a diverse selection of books, catering to varied interests. The tight-knit liveaboard community fostered a welcoming environment, with numerous activities organized to bring residents together. From the moment we arrived, we felt embraced by the camaraderie and sense of belonging. As for the town, it exceeded our expectations with its abundance of shops, proximity to large supermarkets, and a plethora of dining options offering delectable cuisine. Despite occasional noise during windy spells, the marina provided excellent protection for vessels. Overall, our experience here was exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend this marina to fellow travelers seeking a memorable stay.
thanks for this information!
A charming and less developed marina nestled in a picturesque, unspoiled setting. Ample distance between docks ensures hassle-free docking. The restroom and shower amenities are top-notch, while the attentive staff offer exceptional service. Moreover, the rates are approximately 30% lower compared to those in Lefkas. Although it requires a leisurely stroll to reach the town center, the scenic streets and affordable dining options make it a worthwhile excursion.
thanks for this information!
We opted to anchor outside the harbor since there was no available space for our catamaran inside. Over the course of three days, we attempted to find refuge from the persistent south wind, but it was the swell that posed the greatest challenge. Despite these conditions, the area itself offers all the amenities one might require.
thanks for this information!
A delightful marina offering reasonable rates, well-maintained facilities including clean showers and toilets, reliable shore power, and water supply. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay even during challenging conditions like 20 knots N/NW winds. Berthing is hassle-free, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. Moreover, its proximity to the charming old town, along with convenient access to a marina store and supermarket, adds to its appeal. Overall, a wonderful place worth revisiting.
thanks for this information!
The new harbor promenade has not yet received a concession until 9.05.2024. Mooring is currently not permitted. It is currently not possible to clear in and out at the harbor master's office, you have to go to Gruz/Dubrovnik.
thanks for this information!
Weeks before my arrival, I diligently emailed the marina, providing precise details about my boat's length overall (LOA) and beam. The quoted rate of €130 per night seemed reasonable, albeit on the pricier side for April. However, upon arrival, I was taken aback when presented with a bill totaling €260 for a single night's stay. It turns out, the marina considered my vessel, a catamaran, as an exception to the initially quoted price. While I admit I didn't explicitly mention the catamaran type in my initial inquiry, I assumed that specifying the dimensions (13 meters by 6.72 meters) would suffice. Refusing to accept this unexpected price hike, I stood my ground and insisted on paying the originally quoted amount. It felt unfair to be charged double simply because of a misunderstanding. In the end, I stuck to my guns and paid what was initially agreed upon.
thanks for this information!
The Marina is still quite nice, we were forced to stay here 3 nights because if strong jugo and it was a good choice. Kids had a lot of fun jumping in to zmajevo oko, (salty water was 30 degree hot and no wind), you can make nice walks aroud the cost or to the top of the hill, restaurant Konoba in marina is inexpensive with very nice food. Some shops incl. Konzum inside of marina. We liked it here.
thanks for this information!
Anchored about half a mile west of hydra as it was full, about 200m of the coast. 8m depth but difficult to get anchor to hold - probably rocks on the bottom. Magnificent sunset and location but the swell from the ferries during the night was very unpleasant.

Loud music after 22:00, Staff does not carre, no hot water, WC not on the clean side. No walking distance shopping. Only diesel on Friday, no gasoline, no receipt.
Thanks for your feedback!
The harbor is spacious and efficiently organized, divided into areas for charters and clubs. It boasts a substantial charter base and ample amenities, including plenty of parking and shopping options. Nearby, visitors can enjoy excellent dining at various restaurants and bakeries. The sanitary facilities are ample and clean, though hot water can be inconsistent. There is no sufficient gas station, only a truck on friday…but a new gas station is planned…
Thanks for your feedback!
Efficient and friendly staff, clean and well-organized marina, it is located outside the city and the setting is a bit seedy. Also there is only a small store that acts as a supermarket and a restaurant. To go downtown you have to take a cab (10 eu for two people, one way) . More expensive than average, if they provided a shuttle service included in the cost of the marina, one would go there more willingly.
Thanks for your feedback!
Marina PortoMontenegro has been awesome. We wintered here and they provided many activities for the liveaboards, from Winter Olympics to cooking classes, wine tastings, and a boat tour of a bird sanctuary. The effort and expense they went to please their customers was truly impressive and appreciated. In addition, after we had checked out we suffered an engine failure and the marina made great efforts to help us recover. These included towing us in, getting us a berth, recommending a mechanic, and arranging a rental car, all with a smile while dealing with a stressed out yachty. I would gladly berth or winter here again!
Thanks for your feedback!
Stayed here for 6 days in this sizable marina. Reception was warm and helpful, and the marinero assisted with docking upon arrival. We prepaid for our berth at a reasonable rate. Unlike other harbors, there was a 50 euro deposit for mooring lines here. Occasionally, the lines aren't properly secured to the quay, necessitating a diver's intervention. We double-checked our lines before departure and found one not properly fastened - a surprise, but easily rectified. Tram number 7, just across from the harbor, whisks you to Athens in 45 minutes - super convenient. There's a supermarket nearby that delivers groceries right to your boat. We'll definitely be back.
Thanks for your feedback!
Great spot to kick off a charter cruise, easily reachable from the airport via bus X96. However, lacks charm and the restroom facilities could use some sprucing up. Tried booking a month ahead for a June getaway but got a swift, albeit disappointing, response - seems like charters and big yachts get the priority treatment. Shame...
Thanks for your feedback!
Moored opposite the Papa George Tavern, you can count on electricity, water and wifi, plus showers and toilets (I haven't checked). Nice atmosphere, cold beer and good food await sailors.
Thanks for your feedback!
Good welcome from reception lady and moorers. Quiet harbor with adjacent beach. Unfortunately, the presence of salt water instead of fresh water affects the stay a bit but it is a problem not attributable to the port and of which one is notified when booking.
Thanks for your feedback!
During our time at the harbor, we found it to be well-protected against wind and swell from the outside, which was reassuring. However, we did notice that in northerly and easterly winds and swells, there was a constant little roll at the quay, especially in the first basin. This resulted in some movement and noise, although we didn't encounter any major issues during our winter stay. One thing to note is that during strong northerly winds in the first basin, particularly near the car entrance to the port, there can be quite a bit of chop. It's essential to ensure that hangers are properly fixed and checked regularly to avoid any problems. We also observed that the water is turned off every evening around 7/8pm, which, while reassuring for safety reasons, can be a bit impractical. However, we were able to address this concern with the management, and it was promptly rectified upon our request. In terms of cost, we found it to be reasonable, although full payment at the start of the winter season was required. Fortunately, we were able to negotiate payment in two installments, although a monthly payment option was not available. While the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, possibly due to the distance from the terminal, and we missed having access to a washing machine, we found the marina team to be excellent and responsive. They were primarily Francophone, which suited us fine. The town itself had a charming provincial feel, with plenty of good restaurants and daily markets located just outside the port. It was incredibly convenient to have fishmongers, butchers, bakers, and other amenities all within a five-minute walk from the harbor. Overall, our experience was very pleasant, and we enjoyed our time there immensely.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this marina, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Plus, their offer of staying 5 nights and getting 2 free was an excellent deal! While the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, the chandlery had everything I needed for my boating needs. I also loved that there were fresh food markets nearby on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, as well as a convenient Carrefour grocery store within walking distance. One of the highlights of my stay was exploring the beautiful public gardens and wandering around the charming town. I also took a hike to the Musée de la Libération, which offered fascinating insights into the area's history. And being close to the D-Day beaches was a poignant reminder of the region's significance during World War II. The marina staff were incredibly helpful in arranging tours and providing local recommendations. However, I did note that there was no safe gate for the pontoons, which meant anyone could access my boat. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, even accommodating my two heavy e-bike boxes with a smile. Laurence, in particular, was a standout with her kindness, professionalism, and proficiency in Spanish at the front desk. In terms of convenience, the marina offered easy access to the train station and numerous restaurants, all within a five-minute walk from the visitor pontoons. Overall, my experience at this marina was fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.
