When I plug in mouse and keyboard they don’t go. they only work on my alt account with no skins it says no input (trust keyboard and mouse)

Hey man i just got a x box one and i am an ex pc player but when i plugged in my mouse and keyboard on the x box one the sensitivity was weird and it didn't feel the same as the one i had on my pc and I can not play at my full potential because of this please help me out
