thank you so much! I'm trying to improve my singing and having karaoke versions of songs like this really help for when I record myself singing

My favourite part about karaoke versions is that you can hear the backing and instruments so clearly. Did you know the mallets you hear in the back of 'i will take the suffering from you' are actually the same instrument that backs polites? It's pulling on the same care and love Odysseus had for polites, while being slightly off of the siren's goal. Penelope's instrument, the viola is not present, since the siren is not truly accurate. And even better, when the siren introduces Scylla, in the background it plays a piano version of Circe's theme! Why? Because it is parallel to when Circe told them to go through the underworld - another harrowing place that will change perceptions and bring terror. Even better, CIRCE is the one who made Scylla a monster in mythology! This song is so musically interesting and full of parallels it's crazy :D Keep making these, they are very fun to listen to! :)
