This was unwatchable. His accent is all over the place. If you're going to do posh and condescending, lean into it. If you're going to do a thick Australian accent, do it. It's Rod Lay-ver not Rod Lava and Welsh Clarr-it not Clar-ae. The sketch is funny because Australia is trying to be upper class and snobby whilst still being cheap and nasty. Either lean one way or the other. This did neither and was an unfunny mess.
Arthur Knight needs more of an Australian accent like Eric Idle's in the original, but Simon Bonsoir does a remarkably good imitation of the French knight in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail." Thank you for posting!
So, Australian wine is a cheap imitation of the real deal, just like this video?
