I recently stayed at Mousumi Inn Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The service and food quality were both disappointing and below expectations. First, the behavior of the hotel staff was unprofessional and unpleasant. They were unresponsive to requests and seemed indifferent to guests' needs. Communication was poor, and I did not feel welcome or valued during my stay. As for the food, it was a major letdown. The quality was subpar, with tasteless and poorly prepared dishes. The variety was limited, and the meals did not meet even basic standards of freshness or flavor. It was a disappointing experience, especially when dining is a key part of any hotel stay. Overall, my visit to Mousumi Inn Hotel was not a positive one, and I would not recommend it to others based on my experience. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works on improving both the service and food quality for future guests.
