Got fallout 76 about a month ago during the steam winter sale. Some level 500 player went up to me and just dropped me the full ultracite power plans with a t60 jetpack mod lmaooo. Prolly one of the most beginner friendly game out there!

To many negatives to agree with this you tuber .you are failing to take into account all possible builds and you aim at team playing ,as a full health lone wolf half your info is incorrect.

You dont know if her Shift ability makes a difference in healing?? Is this really a guide and have you actually played the character ingame? It makes a huge difference in terms of burst healing & damage. You can literally assassinate the backline supports while sustaining your tanks when you line it up. From your gameplay, if the enemy team doesnt have a backline duelist such is panther, you really need to spam Shift as much as possible to pressure their healers/backline thus giving more space for your team.

my issue is unique. I start the game, then steam hard crashes back to the log in menu, whilst the game is still loading. Then the game gives an error saying "Steam not detected"

So far I got the Torso,jet pack and left arm
