I have a question: Unfortunately these platforms attract some people who are not always looking out for others best interests. Does the app have a reliable blocking mechanism at users' disposal to safeguard their privacy and safety? Allowing users to deny connections and retract previously accepted connections if they change their mind? Given the potential location-based nature of the community, this is especially important, particularly for vulnerable individuals who may need community support but also protection at the same time.

But it would be like Facebook then - if they can see all the full names, photos and personal details - and like linked in. What would stop them from 'stalking' members on those platforms after they have their details? It seems they would be matching themselves on the site. Can you restrict what they see?

The webforms are built to connect the data with a profile. Otherwise, a custom API can be used.

I love the custom forms feature also! I add tags to each new record that comes in from my 4 different websites. SMA helps me keep track of which form the record came from. Great feature!

So the client is putting in their own website? Won't clients then go on and contact their own self selected matches without going through the matchmaker? It then becomes like any other dating site.

But if your clients have paid a lump sum for one year, why would you then offer others a monthly fee? Especially if you are charging 4 figure memberships? Doesn't it then just becoe another ating site?
