Yesterday I just found out that NITW had a mobile version so I played it and I discovered this first playthrough. I also hung out with Bea for all three hangouts. I also found all three pentagrams.

I’d like to believe that they have the glimmer. They deserve to have it.

There was something bothering me about the cult's story when they found the hole in the mine, that they found it "twenty years back or so." With Mae also being twenty, could that contribute to the theory that she has the glimmer? That she may have been born when the Black Goat was discovered?

NITW helped me through the worst breakdown of my life earlier in my 20’s and was exactly what I needed at that time. It’s sad to hear that Revenant Hill won’t be made, but I still am beyond thankful to the creators for making such a beautiful, funny and heartwarming story. I do truly hope they find peace from stepping away

The endings where James presumably raises laura and in water i feel are the most thematically correct, depending on your perspective. James can either decide he truly has nothing without mary, or he can decide to honor her legacy by adopting laura

I love how the game is juuuuuuuust different enough from our world to let the player know it's NOT our world exactly. One wonders if the NitW universe has Church of the Coalescence evangelicals ruining everything for them, or if they're spared that. Okay the art for Love in the Woods is adorable though. But Mae should definitely be more round, she specifically bemoans the fact that she's chubby in NitW.

What do you mean by "you can't respond to her statements as they're treated as absolute"? I mostly had to swerve through dialog choices just to keep listening to her, as most of ny options were literals "fuck off"

As a real and in game fascist, it was only the "completitionist" in ny that drove me to pursue this nonsense quest. As a real life (alcoholic) detective, I played the game folowing my own paradigms. With that said, I was so happy to see that my open minded, fantastic realist-in game persona led me to this. It's probably the most important part of the story, and the Phasmid's insights into the pale are the most lasting.

I took a look at Kingdom Hearts in the Nintendo Switch store, and it seems they only have grouped versions of the games, like “Kingdom Hearts 1.5-2.5” (no “Kingdom Hearts 1.”) Which version did you play with your daughter? I’m looking forward a game I can play with my 7 year old son and this looked fun!

Elden Ring DLC...learned early that there's a way to cheese MOST of the trash mobs and several bosses! ancient dragon's lighting or somethin >.> fully charged, it straight shreds most bosses! can't wait to see what 2025 brings! o7

Just finished the game this evening. Overall I very much enjoyed it. I still feel like it peaked with LiS2 though, one of the only games that's stayed with me years after the first playthrough. Definitely an improvement over True Colours which felt like a bit of a let down - although enjoyable in it's own right too.

The saddest thing about Bruce's story for me is that I think Pastor K made him leave. If she hadn't been pushing so hard for him, getting a spotlight put on him by the town council, making him feel guilty if things didn't go right for her afterward, he probably would've just bummed around without any issues. But Pastor K _had_ to feel like she was doing the right thing, so she kept bringing him into things that he wanted nothing to do with. He probably would've survived winter just fine, too.

Can someone explain, why there were flowers in the shape of her body at the crime scene? This didn't make much sense to me. Also the plot line with the cop felt rushed.

The leave ending doesn’t make sense. I can’t imagine any 8 year old girl wanting to leave with a man that killed her best friend. Also how awkward would it be when they got back to the car with Mary’s body laying on the back seat. Truth is any decent human being in James situation would either kill himself or turn himself in. Has to be the in water ending in my opinion

OMG, I had no clue that Cuno could finish out the game as your partner in Kim’s place! And my jaw dropped when you said he could come back with Harry to Precinct 41 as a junior detective, that’s amazing. In my play through, Kim didn’t get injured, and I would have been very sad not to get the picture of the phasmid, so I’m glad that I played the way I did. But, I kind of need to see all of this Cuno gameplay, so I guess I’m going to need to replay the game sooner than I thought 😂 I hope you are able to leave teaching soon; I left after the 21/22 school year and it was the best decision I could have made, even though it was a risk. I’ll definitely check out your Patreon to see how I can help!
