do I have to add more coolant with any of these because of the size increase and difference from oem?
The intercooler doesnt effect the engine coolant system on the Ford Bronco! No liquid passes through the intercooler, just air!
Any tuning needed after the intercooler replacement?
Nope! Tuning is not required for performance intercoolers! However, the car will still perform better due to not having to pull timing for safety due to raised temperatures like it would with the OEM Intercooler. Tuning could yield more power gains, but definitely isn't a requirement!
