When I create, I embark on a journey of self-reflection.
Each painting begins with a question, and through exploration, grows into a narrative; an abstraction of an aspect of life where the materials, colors, and textures become phrases and chapters describing the journey, not just the ending.
The process is iterative and celebrates the curiosity and imperfection that makes life dynamic. Though each painting documents a personal journey, I invite others to reflect on their own experiences through the work.

Hi Nino, Thank you for sharing your paintings on the RUclips channel. Since I saw your painting process through Adele 's Academy video, I loved your process of painting. Some titles for the food combinations were strange, yet the elements were there to indicate your concept. I enjoyed seeing your energetic brush stokes as well as the combinations of colours. 👍🖼🤗
Nice coversation! I love that she is talking about Neuroplasticity and Emotional Intelligence! I don't think she used the words Emotional Intelligence, but the whole RAIN thing is 100% common EI steps that everyone of all ages should work toward being able to do all the time. There are a number of great books on EI...I wish everyone would read them.

Why waste canvases? If it's a practice exercise do it on heavy paper.
There's something very real and raw about your art, I love it! I also love the marks and organic shapes you start with - what kind of acrylic markers do you use, Posca? Do you have a plan or sketch before you start a painting or do you work more intuitively?
Thank you, Rini 🙏 I worked intuitively and mixed in design compositions thinking throughout the process. And yes, I use posca and Montana markers. Also Lukas acrylic paint.

Hi Nino! I love your process and colors. Are you thinning the paint with something to keep it from drying quickly and thus allow you to mix on the canvas, spray with water, etc? 🙏
