We can’t make something out as sinful based on mere inferences. Allah SWT alone can bring rulings & judgements. If Allah intended women to cover hair, He will make it clear for He perfected the Quran. But Allah never mentioned to cover the hair specifically. This is not to say that a woman can’t choose to cover if she deemed it best for herself in the environment she is in. It is a sin to bring our ego and make interpretations thinking that the word of Allah SWT is lacking and we can do better job than He did through the Quran. Are we forgetting the ayah that Allah made some parts of the Quran very clear and specific and made some that are vague? And if a heart is filled with malice then it shall be interpreted with malice. Allah has the power to make everything clear and yet He made some parts unclear. Why? Only Allah knows but perhaps it could be intended to test our faith based on how good or evil is our intention. It is just hair! Go to the root cause. Nip the bud. Men’s hormones will always be active. It is wrong to say that to prevent or eradicate people’s immorality and s*xual predation of women, that the burden is on the victim to correct the predator’s behavior. We have moral responsibility among one another and that is clearly mentioned in the Quran when told to lower our gaze, both men & women. Scientifically & statistically making women fully covered, has been proven to be ineffective at preventing indecent s*xual behaviors. Why there are covered men & women still being r*ped?! Why newborn babies without hair still m*lested?! Why innocent little boys and girls targeted by p*dophil*s?! Even when you cover all women and children, the matter will never be prevented. Because the root cause is not truly addressed. We should not focus on women’s hair or any superficial covering for that matter. Only Allah can judge us. We should focus on raising children with the best of character. Men who will grow up with the wisdom that he can’t escape accountability for his actions simply for his active hormones, that his hormones should not be an excuse to claim himself too weak to be overpowered and controlled by hormones alone. Women should be raised on what Allah SWT clearly ruled to cover chests and adornments. And what is adornment? Even this term has no clear explanation. Which meant there is a distinction to use wisdom to dress decently and behave decently. Another that Allah SWT has clearly mentioned in the Quran, “lower the gaze” which meant to we must raise our children to respect all people regardless what they wear. To be the responsible Muslims that we are that when we are in each other’s presence, we take control of our base instincts and desires and summon Allah’s presence to help us in making sure that when we look at each other, our mind does not undress someone but covers them and if we can’t, for some reason, we summon the strength to either lower our gaze or walk away for human beings deserve to be respected no matter how little we wear. Instead of distracting ourselves with that is vague, we as Muslims, should focus our attention on the clear core message of Allah SWT. In the Quran, He stresses about kindness, wisdom, tolerance and balance numerous of times. Allah SWT even showed examples of these throughout the Quran. The fact that most Muslims are so bothered about the concept of “hijab” proves that there really is no specific ruling. It is a sin to impose something as haram or halal when it was never imposed. The Quran mentioned that He made clear what is needed and gave us His message that is perfected and COMPLETE, and it is protected from corruption (to prevent Quran from having the same fate as the Scripture?). It was in the Quran that because it is protected, we must be careful from any other forms of corruption for the Shaytan will cause us to falter and move away from Allah’s guidance. Quran is incorruptible but humans are not. And yet, we suddenly accepted men’s VERY LIMITED interpretations of the vague verses of the Quran and turned them into new law or mandates, completely ignoring Allah’s will and His caution. To the point that almost 90% of the Muslims (especially the illiterate ones and those who did not have the privilege to read the whole Quran), have been confused whether a mandate came directly from Allah or from the interpretations based from the study of the Hadiths, and the unreliable and outdated criteria of long ago. Just read the comments here, most are asking for reference?! Why? Isn’t Quran our guide alone? Another proof, the comments here think there is a clear law from Allah for women to cover all parts of their body except their eyes. And yet when you challenge this ruling, one would never come up with evidence from the Quran. Yet, would then come up with biased interpretations or look into hadiths for proof. And then when challenged again with this fact, will rationalize using the parts in the Quran where Allah imposed on Muslims that in addition to the Quran, one must follow wisdom of Prophet Muhammad PBUH, or one must follow Prophet Muhammad, and as such, it is not the Quran alone but we must look into the Hadiths. Missing the common sense that Quran was announced at present times when Prophet Muhammad PBUH is still alive. It is even in the Quran that Allah warned the prophet himself to not make any assertions and verbalizations other than what Allah has given to him. There is a danger in putting our 100% trust in the hadiths that were written without the protection from Allah and without empirical basis of authentication (the criteria used long ago were found in the later years by most scholars to be lacking). An example of using the Sunnah is when it is clearly mentioned by Allah that Muhammad PBUH shall establish the way we pray and the frequency and timing when we have to pray. But the way we pray, not much was declared. And so we strike a balance and look into the authentic Sunnah so that we may pray the way our prophet prayed. Praying no matter how we differ in the minutia, is still an act that is good. We won’t be harming each other when we missed a step in the process… yet there are interpretations from which has given license to violate or k*ll women. We forgot the core message and distracted ourselves with something else and in the process, we end up doing what Allah has intended for us not to do. We end up acting more heinous in the name of imposing a rule that Allah SWT was never specific on. We forgot to raise our children to respect one another, we’ve allowed the domestic ab*se of wives within their own homes from their own husbands. We’ve allowed mutilation of women’s private parts, we’ve allowed child brides to marry grown men, we’ve allowed imprisonment & m*rder of women for not wearing hijab or not behaving in a standard which the patriarchy developed. We’ve let these happen behind the rationale of modesty. We’ve let Shaytan corrupt us. And the real corruption is not women not following the interpretations of the Quran to wear hijab, the real evil is being misled into controlling how women wear while we’ve forgotten the core of Allah’s message behind the covering and that is showing utmost respect towards each other & protecting one another against indecency & s*xual harrassment & assault regardless. What one chooses to wear is just secondary.

They're in different planet not earth. Read surah kahf literally. Dhul qarnayn had sababa journey i.e. he had space travel. His first sababa journey was near a star/sun which is setting in a blackhole. Then his second sababa journey was in a planet wilhich did not have shield from star. Then his 3rd sababa journey was in a planet whose inhabitants hardly understood his language even though dhul Karnain could understand them and dhul Karnain blocked the portal to stop yajuj majuj from passing over.

I’m gonna say this and if Allah guides anyone through this then Alhamdullah but if he allows whoever sees this to continue in his miss guidance then that’s because of what his own hands put forward. "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." First this is the prophet is talking about Muslim women not women in general only Muslim women. Proof of this is him saying “give alms” this only for Muslims. Because if you don’t have the Islamic testimony of faith then you giving alms or charity really means nothing in the day of judgement. Second the prophet is about to tell them why there are more of them in hell-fire. "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands.” The two major sins that they are doing is cursing and being ungrateful to their husbands. And he then explains the root cause of these two sins. By him saying “I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you.” To a reader who reads this might think negatively about what the prophet said. But to a person who is wise and knowledgeable and who Allah has blessed him with understanding the religion of Allah. Sees the wisdom in what the prophet is saying. Let me explain. First Allah loves women and men and gave us our rights. Second women where given more lenience in the religion then men. For in example women are exempt from praying and fasting when in their monthly cycle. As the prophet said “Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The women replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her religion." Because of this they have a long period of time where they are not connecting with Allah which then causes them to decrease in iman, taqwa and in being in a state of god conscious. Now when they are in there monthly cycle period time they may live their days cooking doing other activities cleaning or working and because their connections with Allah has been disconnected. They may forget about Allah going through out there days of there monthly cycle. So this deficiency in their religion can cause them to be prone to sin and the biggest sin they commit because of this religious deficiency is cursing frequently. Now this deficiency is not a bad thing because this is there God given right. The solution to this deficiency is what the prophet said in another Hadith. “Abdullah ibn Busr reported: A man said, “O Messenger of Allah, the laws of Islam are too many for me, so tell me something I can hold onto.” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah.” So basically the only thing really she can do is to remember Allah more especially when she is in her monthly cycle she has to keep her tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah and it’s almost impossible for a tongue that remembers Allah a lot, to then hurt others with it because it’s to busy remembering and glorifying its lord. So the prophet told us the problem the sin and that’s cursing frequently and also told us the root cause of this sin and that’s the exemption of religious duties at certain periods of each month that can cause them to be prone to sin and the biggest sin they do is cursing frequently because of this deficiency. So this not saying anything bad about women this just telling the facts of the matter and bring it to their attention so they can take heed and potentially do other acts of worship that may make up for it. So the prophet basically is saying in general Muslim women do this, a fact is a fact. just like Allah said in surah An-Najm Ayah 2-4 “Your companion [i.e., Muḥammad] has not strayed, nor has he erred,” 2 “He does not speak out of (his own) desire” 3 “It is only a revelation sent down ˹to him˺” 4. Now let’s explain the second fact the prophet mentioned these so that Muslim women may take heed. So the women asked the prophet What is deficient in our intelligence he then responded and said "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" They replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her intelligence.” To explain this one has to understand the context in this statement "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" This comes from Surah Al Baqarah Ayah 282. Where it deals with loans and about money where you need witnesses when it comes to some business transaction like loans. So no one cheats on the other. Because at that time most Muslim women did not work ( btw this Hadith is only talking about Muslim women). So Allah gave the women the right to not work and that the men has to go and work so he can provide for his wife and kids there needs. This is there God given right to women to be exempt from being responsible to provide for the family. So the responsibility is on the man. But if they want to work that’s their choice to make. They cannot be forced to work. So most Muslim women did not go and work. Because of this most of them did not know about business. So they where deficient in there business intellect. Just like me, I’m a man and I’m deficient in engineering intellect because I’m not in engineer and I’m also deficient in doctor-ship intellect because I’m not a doctor. So if two doctors need two other doctors to be witnesses to the contract they are going to make but they only have one doctor to witness and they call me to be a witness and I don’t know about medicine I’m just a layman so it’s better to have another layman be a witness with me just an case I may err the other layman can correct me. This is not men are better than women it’s just they don’t have but little knowledge of what they are about to be a witness to so you would need two who are not educated on the thing they are about to be a witness to. Just like me in this analogy I just made up. Just like Allah said in the Quran in Surah Al Baqarah Ayah 282 “and if two men are not there, then one man and two women from those witnesses whom you like, so that if one of the two women errs, the other woman may remind her.” So women learning about business is really a choice not a need (btw this is only for Muslim women) because this is their God given right. So how is this connected to the second sin? It’s simple let me explain. The prophet said “and are ungrateful to your husbands.” This is the second sin it’s when a wife says something like “there is nothing good that comes out of my husband” or “ I’ve been with you for years and you have did nothing for me” or stuff like that. What the wife doesn’t see is the hard work her husband is doing making sure there is food on the table and that the needs of his wife and kids are taken care of. Sometimes men have to work really hard and struggle a lot finding a good job. Sometimes it may take years just to find a good job. But no matter what, he has to provide for his family. Even if that means working as a Construction labourer, garbage collector, or taxi driver etc. So when he goes home after a long day of work. Just to see his ungrateful wife saying hurtful words and being ungrateful to her husband. Which the husband starts to feel broken inside in which he may even feel like Allah doesn’t appreciate what he is doing and me even push him to have sducidal thoughts. So this is what makes Muslim women being ungrateful to their husbands. It’s them not knowing the reality of how hard the work force can get ( btw again this is for Muslim women only) which in turn makes them ungrateful because all they see is there friends getting multiple gifts from there husbands, which in turn makes her jealous and more ungrateful to her husband. So the prophet mentioned the problem(the sin) and thats them being ungrateful to their husbands and the root cause is the deficiency in their intellect. Which intellect? He answers it by referring to Surat Al-Baqarah [Ayah 282] by him saying "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" In which that Ayah is talking about taking witnesses for business transaction like loans or contracts etc. So what is the solution to this problem it’s simple it’s mentioned in another Hadith. “Look at those who are beneath you and do not look at those who are above you, for it is more suitable that you should not consider as less the blessing of Allah.” Sunan Ibn Majah 4142. Be grateful to Allah and those around you for what they do to you. By looking at those who are less fortunate than you.

If wife is out of control then divorce her, what's the problem? If light disciplinary measures don't work - it's not your job to completely re-educate grown adult. And if you are trying to imply that Quran actually permits more than light disciplinary measures for a husband to apply to his wife, then you are just projecting your own sick interpretations and, basically, you are wrong.

Let’s be realistic. No one hates them cause of their lineage. But their actions and their descendants. Just because they are from a noble lineage doesn’t make them different to any of us. Don’t forget the prophets family members got punished for their disobedience.

JESUS IS DEAD SAYS THE QIRAN مَا جَعَلۡنٰہُمۡ جَسَدًا لَّا یَاۡکُلُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ Translation: And We did not give them bodies that ate no food [21:9] Proof: No physical body can remain without food. This is the practise of God. Why should we believe Jesus(as) to be an exception to this? Translation: And Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him. If then he die or be slain, will you turn back on your heels? [3:145] Proof: The reasoning of this verse is as follows: If it is necessary for a Prophet to live forever in this world, then present an example of such a Prophet from the past. If Jesus(as) were considered as an exception to this, the verse will lose its meaning. Verse #8 وَ مَا جَعَلۡنَا لِبَشَرٍ مِّنۡ قَبۡلِکَ الۡخُلۡدَ ؕ اَفَا۠ئِنۡ مِّتَّ فَہُمُ الۡخٰلِدُوۡنَ ﴿۳۵﴾ Translation: We granted not everlasting life to any human being before thee. If then thou shouldst die, shall they live here for ever? [21:35] Proof: This verse explains that all people are subject to only one Way of God. No one has escaped death, nor will anyone escape death in the future. Everyone gets old and eventually dies, and Jesus Christ(as) is not an exception to this rule. Verse #9 تِلۡکَ اُمَّۃٌ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ ۚ لَہَا مَا کَسَبَتۡ وَ لَکُمۡ مَّا کَسَبۡتُمۡ ۚ وَ لَا تُسۡـَٔلُوۡنَ عَمَّا کَانُوۡا یَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۱۳۵﴾ Translation: Those are a people that have passed away; for them is what they earned, and for you shall be what you earn; and you shall not be questioned as to what they did. [2:135] Proof: All Prophets constitute a group that has passed away.

You do realize our society today is where women are praised above men. Men are painted as haram, dangerous, barbaric creatures by women. Why do you not see the signs that are at present, you are seeing them, you are gifted with your senses and intellect to understand this hadith further. Why is it that men who built the structure of society, never once were they thank for it. But as soon as a women gets a top role in a company it’s celebrated everywhere, or take example of that hijabi referee, quote on quote first Muslim female referee in FIFA. I think it’s very delusional if you think women are not ungrateful today. Also, why do you have to explain the hadith differently, by diverting it from the main point of the hadith. The hadith says majority of hell will be ungrateful women, so therefore guard yourself by doing charity. That’s it. Why do you have to story tell it. There is already the problem and solution.

It makes no sense hnless it is written by men not Allah, because it implies GOD wants humans who physically lust and wants that pleasure of the flesh will continue in heaven, who can heaven and the human body on earth be the same it always implies that pain can also be experienced in heaven because perversion can also be pleasurable for some men and women. Will GOD allow that kind of pleasure in heaven as well to appease Muslims.
