can it run on ft891 80W CW mode?
Different signal modes (FM/AM/CW/SSB/FT8), different antennas, different frequency power will vary, maybe over the rated value, maybe below the standard value. If your antenna is a balanced antenna and performs OK, I think it's probably OK. However, if you are using an unbalanced antenna such as a GP, long wire, etc., and are in a building (not outdoors), this is withstanding power that may be less than rated. The final power resistance needs to be accurate for the actual environment.

Do you have a model for 12V?
No, there is no 12V version for the time being because the PCB does not have enough space to complete the 12V step-down function. Therefore, the version on sale does not support 12V modules. You can buy a DC step-down module to USB, which is very cheap and works well.
