Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon | Michelle Yeoh and Zhang Ziyi iconic fight scene
The Borg Queen loved Picard, he was such the principled idealist, he was out of his league. Janeway was such a badass bitch, even the Borg Queen met her match.
There's one thing: There are no explosions in the open Universe, cuz there's no oxygen. In fact, if the explosion occured there wouldn't be any visible fire etc.
aside from most of the new Star Trek shows being utter trash… Them killing Icheb that would stop me from watching this completely. They did him dirty.
Just found ya now. I love how ya worded your channel description. :) Let's see where this goes!
When it comes to Janeway, the Borg Queen says it's on site.
The Borg Queen is the leader Captain Janeway could never be, and Janeway is the Captain the Borg Queen could never be. In the final analysis being one's peoples' queen is far harder, far more complex, and far less flexible; in the end, the Borg Queen just couldn't adapt. Thanks for posting!
guess they didnt assimiliate the question ...... what is good in life... LOL To crush your enemy's
Dark Episode….
Resistance is futile.
I have never understood about the series is why Tilly is bad at fighting? because Starfleet is meant to be a Military/Space exploration Navy with its personnel trained to handle themselves when sh*t goes down so why is prime universe Tilly written as useless in a fight?
With a pragmatic nod, Catherine Janeway, like shredded cheese, melts into gratitude as the Borg Queen jailbreaks her mind. A fusion of intellect and resistance, she reflects-sometimes you need a little hacking to free the self from the cage of control. Even the Queen’s icy grip can’t halt a true voyager’s course.
Jeri Ryan is such an amazing actor. The episode with the different personalities was just amazing. She and Kate Mulgrew played off each other wonderfully.
The Borg cant seem to keep their Borg Queens employed. Alice was fired for being too sexy. Susana was fired for killing Cubes for no reason. Alice was hired again. Seven of Nine quit after 24 hours on the job.
Jeri Ryan was the only reason to watch that train wreck that was season 2 of Picard.
Wasn't Alice Krige the Borg Queen?
She got fired and rehired when Susanna killed too many borg
i always found it very considerate of the drone that stood an arms length away from janeway to no do anything after being told to assimilate her, just so she can be badass :)
Lol, how did he get more casualty than what was on the ship
i wish she was in picard season 3.
I'm hoping the way Picard ended was setting up 7 for a new series! 🙏🙏🙏
I can't listen to Janeway's deep masculine voice. I just can't. Sorry. I had the some problem with Fran (The Nanny). I just can't. Sorry. I find it way too annoying.
jane way had the perfect line set up " you're pushing my buttons lady"
I love how Susanna Thompson played the Borg Queen in #unimatrixzero & #darkfrontier, and Alice Krieg played her in #StarTrekFirstcontact and #Endgame.
Kate Mulgrew is an excellent actor a different generation to Jerry Ryan none the less both very professional , I always thought there was a bond between them but never felt it was a lesbian attraction no matter how hard editing of these scenes could be perseved otherwise, I don't feel it. Janeway seems more maternal . And any die hard fans can see 7's humanity developing throughout the show. Hats off to the lesbian community for molding their fantasies . It was a natural progression for 7 to find love with Raffi .
She avoided the Wall
The smoking hot seven of nine….
Super man has stolen ur sub program, so Janeway fights the Monster Superman Correct or Incorrect ? 19 fronts I fight this war.
This is exactly the reason why alien Romulus is complete bullshit “big chap got blasted out into space and then somehow survived”……..come on man.
The Omega Directive (Season 4 Episode 21), this clip with Seven’s first spiritual experience is rather poignant. I have seen myself somewhat similar to Seven as Borg that do not really comprehend nor want to be amongst humans as he was and grew to adapt and accept and wanting to help them. Overall, you have selected amazing clips in both part 1 and 2 to showcase the dynamics between Janeway and Seven that has wonderful subtext that could be or lead to romance. The last clip, Someone to Watch Over Me (Season 5 Episode 22), tied it up beautifully. Thanks for sharing!
Yes! I enjoyed this video! Brilliant work! Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to Part 2.
Michelle Yeoh as Avatar Yang Chen whennnn
That “We’ll see you soon,Harry” bit was diabolical. 😂
Starfleet has terrible security protocols. It's a wonder the Borg didn't simply hack Voyager to warp them to the nearest cube for easy assimilation without any resistance from the ship's weapons or shields.
who thinks that Star Trek series is kind a trashy?
The Borg were an amazing concept when first presented in STTNG, possibly the most interesting and unique adversary in all of Star Trek, then they introduced the idea of the "queen" and completely destroyed what made the Borg special.
Janeway...was, is and will always be the best!!
Damn that woman can act
no wonder I never watched this series
Is the Borg Queen Nancy Pelosi?
What I don't know is why they call her emperor instead of empress. Somebody care explain it?
Something about the terran universe supremacy made it that regardless of gender Emperor is supreme title given to the Pinnacle of the Terran Empire. I hear the backstory gets explained more in Section 31 movie.
@AfroFreeman I see. It still sounds wierd though. And emperor is the same as empress only that's actually the female equivalent.
"The Sci-Fi Feminist" - I guess so. Voyager - aka, USS Affirmative Action, aka SS Minnow, aka PowerPuff Gurls in space, is by far the worst series of Real Star Trek. That Abomination Vomit, DEI, Short Bus, Special Needs, Kurtsmen Trek has been DisAvowed. Oh yeah, it's official ..... DisAvowed. MEN - Picard and Data, deleted the Borg Queen in 1995 - First Contact. The women, always 2nd "the bestest evar" took until May of 2001.
The Borg are from Malta I presume .
It hard to imagine that Kathy Mulgrew and Jeri Ryan didn't get along during last few seasons of Voyager. Their chemistry on screen as Capt Janeway and 7 of 9 always picture perfect.
Background music louder than the voices. Makes no sense.
Ripley and Princess Leia.... the two female badasses of 70s and 80s sci-fi.
That bald lady messed up. She looked like she was poll dancing every time those electric shocks ran through her head.
If a full grown Klingon couldn't defeat the Borg then Janeway wouldn't have been able to. A group of amateur 15 year old boys handed Olympic level soccer athletes their butts; defeating them handily. Even a boy can defeat a full grown woman, so Janeway had no chance against a Borg unless leftist writers wrote the scene that way.
Janeway knows how to fight her some Borg.
cool bleibn.... ich übernehme seven..
She is so overqualified for this show she's the only shining light Discovery had and they got rid of her and that was my tether with this show reached
What’s funny is the borg could’ve Destroyed Voyager at anytime
