yea I agree, it doesn't really matter the weight what matters more is 3 RIR (or less) or above 7 RPE for the proper number of reps within hypotrophy zone 8-12... the weight is adjusted for this. trying to go heavy breaks down technique sub optimal for hypotrophy, no ego = gains.

The cheap headphones are a great idea. Nothing worse than getting to the gym and realizing your AirPods are at home so having a backup pair or a dedicated pair to leave in the bag is 👌🏼

As you get older, your joints break down due to osteoporosis, muscle atrophy, limited mobility, etc. All causes that can be prevented through proper weight training.

The best way I've found to do it is to make a separate Notes folder in your phone. Pin your program to the top then copy/paste that day's workout in a new note and write down your numbers. I don't like dealing with fitness apps and pen&paper is cumbersome
If that's what works for you, then stick to it. I program my workouts 4 weeks at a time on google sheets.
Curious about the width for your feet on both the press and the squat, have you had any problems with it being too narrow?
This is true especially if you get very advanced as a natural recreational athlete. If you are not there then sure go for more volume since you are making quick gains and strentgh.
Exactly. When it comes to volume, it's about quality, not quantity. Especially for natural lifters.
