When I was younger I used to watch Johnny Carson and he had buddy Rich is as a guest quite a few times. I never cared for his drumming. Fast forward I’m now 71 years old and for the last five years it’s my most favorite musical instrument. You’re never too old to like different kinds of music. This kid rocks! 👍 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏💙

Unfortunately for the most part only other drummers can assess the difficulty of drum parts… well, that’s most instruments I guess..

You have the chops and the dedication. Use them working on something better than Whiplash, there are way better solos out there.
