Those were shallows I shot , the speed is 950 FPS , the thing is you have a different barrel than the FX M3 so you cannot apply same rules But try 950 , the Deeps are also not bad on 50 Meters

I will try without it , you think the side chrony is changing the harmonics ? Although it’s on the side and not on the barrel , the barrel have to stay free floating thats a fact I had 3 mistakes / wind sudden change 😂 which i lost -8 Current card is like 238-237 i could get a 242 I decreased speed a little bit after 3 rows i noticed that the weather was getting hotter and my speed increased Also those are one of my trainings so i use direct tins without sorting , i only sort for competitions

It took me a lot of time , trial and error , this same liner i use for the last 3 years , i have shot a lot of pellets on that liner , trust me a lot The whole setup is important not only tuning 🫡

@benchrestlb Yes i can believe its a big task to set it up as i am in the same boat at them moment to try and set up my airgun to shoot pellets as well as your set up, for the RMAC this year that ill be attending...

@@benchrestlb Thank you 🙏 So you prefer the .22 over the .25 & .30 for 100yd BR? I’m just starting to get into BR and shot .25 last year. Trying .30 this season. Why would you suggest I look at .22?

Well all pellets will almost behave the same way with wind , i prefer 5.5 because i dont have a lot of muscles to handle a .30 , and also the availability of pellets .25 is rock solid on the JSB 33 grains , Give the 5.5 a try on jsb 25,39 grains

Normal shroud , carbon sleeve on STX sup 700 cal 5.5 The barrel is the same one i use 3 years ago , somehow it’s well polished Valve around 4th line

@@bommert3816upgrade your spring to 56mm , or increase the reg a little bit Even if the valve is 5 and you have consistency there nothing to worry Each liner can have special signature , the weather and altitude of the place you are can also be a factor , dont look for numbers look for consistency

@@benchrestlb I’ve tried around 970, but still get pellets spiraling. Are you using the old style MRD?

@@bommert3816 the speed of 970 you can get in different regulator and hammer mix you have to get the right reg pressure behind the pellet , are you using FX impact M3 ?

@@benchrestlb yep, same gun. I’m running the reg at 115 bar with the hammer spring pretty much maxed out.

That's almost same settings , well it seems it's about JSB Batch selection , maybe you can try REG 100 or 120 but I dont think you will stop the wobbling , it's either Batch Selection or 1- Liner Indexing 2- Check your Moderator or change it 3- Check your mags or use single shot just to make sure that the pellet is not getting deformed 4- Get a digital Pressure Gauge to make sure that your Reg Metric Gaugue is accurate 5- Try different JSB lot number , the head size that works for FX liners are 5.52-5.53-5.54 @@bommert3816
