Mostly videos of Jeremy Dunn working horses and general ranch life.
Manzana wind project blatant refusal to shut the gate.
It’s been written into the contracts, EIRs, and Conditional use permits to say that Avangrid must maintain a secure border. Close and locks gates. They blatantly refuse to. Now waiting for Kern county Planning to hold them accountable.

Jeremy Dunn and the wild pony mare

This mare came in about a week and a half ago. She’s come off a reservation and unhandled. Jeremy picked her up down in the la area and started the gentling process that day.
Jeremy Dunn working a mustang gelding

This gelding came to us lacking a bit of confidence and was getting himself into trouble grabbing his butt and leaving town. Rider aboard also so of course cause some problems for all involved. Hopefully you can head Jeremy talking as it was an impromptu video I was able to capture just a moment in time.
Making Ricotta! Easy peasy

After I made mozzarella I was left with the whey. Which is essentially the liquids. But, there is so much more solids still in there. This is where you get your ricotta from. Come along for the simple steps for ricotta.
JB Full Moon Music and Jeremy Dunn

This is Jeremys colt Music. He’s the same one we worked through him breaking his elbow and spending months keeping him splinted and confined. We’ve weaned him, which went beautifully with no drama. This is the first time he was led away from momma and worked with Jeremy in the round corral. I wanted to leave the original audio so you could hear his momma and him talking occasionally. I apologiz...

Jeremy Dunn working Oak Creek gelding
I miss my horse Thunder first at nine years old I had a pony triskie and Then a year later my older sister Carol got a car and gave me her horse always was close to Thunder he liked me more then my sister
When I put my mozza into 180degree water to stretch, it just crumbled, didn't come together, so wouldn't stretch.I was left with about half of what I started with, and it was basically ricotta. What did I do wrong?
Could you explain your process leading up to the stretching? You used rennet correct?
I suck at this lmao the recipe i used I failed at. It didn't stretch 😔
Same thing for me. The cheese didn't stretch, just crumbled, separated and left me with ricotta.
Hi Brandi, I was just wondering if you as lactic acid and rennet? I tried to make mozzarella tray and got to the stretching and the curds just hardened , so I looked for a video and came across yours. I used organic whole milk unhomogenized. Maybe it was the wrong milk. The temperatures all matched what you said in the video. 😅
Hi..what milk did you use?
I milk a jersey cow and use her milk.
Why my curd not thick? 😔
Quick put a diaper on that thing😉🤣.
Yeah can't wait to see the baby cow
Hope she has no problems
Table salt?
Mine doesnt stretch even if i do the same 🙄😪
Do you double check the temperature of your stretching water? Has to be at least 170
@Brandie Dunn Thank you so much Brandie... Yes i checked it. It was at least 170. But i made some other batches the last 3 days,. I think i found out what the problem is. When i pasteurise the milk at 167, i cant stretch. When i pasteurise at 149 for 30 min, then it stretches ! 😊😊😊
@@maniac4141hi, protein in pasteurized milk are more vulnerable than protein in fresh raw milk. to get a firm curd, you need to add some drop of liquid calcium chloride for pasteurized milk. and you need to check pH value of the curd, if it's higher than 5.4, it wont stretch
Why do you pasteurize it, since the cheese is pasteurized during the stretching anyway. Start with raw milk, it will be even better!@@maniac4141
@@brandiedunn4102but then it’s just too hot to work with …. Even using spoon.
She is beautiful!
Hi Brandie. How many rides had Jeremy put on this guy in the round corral? How did he know it was time to get outside? Thank u
Sure is walking out really nice!!!!!
He said about 5-6 rides. He would ride out into the arena during those rides also. He always says “it just felt right” but to help break that down basically he made sure he had control of his feet and his mind. Made sure he’d bend safely so that if something scared him he could bend him and redirect his feet to get his mind back. Hope that helps!
@@brandiedunn4102 Thanks. You guys are great.
TOO CUTE 🥰🥰🥰. I hope all is well!
Poor little guy. I think he's going to turn out just fine, though. One of my mares broke both of her stifles as a yearling. She healed better than the vet was expecting, probably because she was still young. We school 1m over fences and you'd never know she had fractures to begin with. Hoping Music's story turns out similarly.
What a cutie!
That is heartwarming! Poor little sweet foal 🐎🥰🇩🇪
That's a scary injury! I'm so glad to see him doing well 🥰
I'm glad he healed! I've been watching on FB. :)
Poor it on your plants! haha
I ain’t got time for all that!! 😂
@@brandiedunn4102 give it to me I'll poor it on all the plants! Haha
Leave a pot or a bucket here and I’ll save it for you.
Thank you I will look into getting that book I just found it Carol Hupping Stocking Up: The Third Edition of America's Classic Preserving Guide I also took a screenshot of your recipe 😉 I appreciate it!
I’d love to see how it goes from curds to stretchy.
I had some time this morning so I filmed it for you and it’s posted now! 💝
Learned so much with the voice over
I could watch Jeremy work on training more or less all day if I had the time. He does a great job of starting young horses.
So what is your point?
Point to what? The horse is for sale. Someone wanted to see movement video of him. Easiest to do it this way. Good enough for you??

Nice to hear from you!!! Yes we’ve made some improvements over the years. Hope all is well for you!

Love this video! He’s so curious
This is perfect for some husbands… “make yourself available” ! 😂
Truly a beautiful philosophy you have. I look forward to hearing and seeing more.
Good stuff
Two nice horses really like the way the buckskin is built!! If I was on a colt there he would head straight for the open door
Jeremy's disposition is incredible. Thank you guys for the great instruction. This is making me leave work to go work on my horsemanship and presentation.
Love those mules!!
Hello. I have had the pleasure of being around Jeremy through Pat and Deb Puckett. Horseman like you guys have the ability to make horses look like million dollar gold pieces. It's a pleasure and honor to learn from you. Sure hope I can rope with you again one day and maybe I can even win the fun roping game you taught us! Benard
Wow that’s quite a compliment and an honor. Thank you.
What state is the Broken Arrow Ranch located? Nice looking country.
We’re in California. South of Bakersfield a couple hours.
2,00 that Old Nag dont like that bit in reverse gear
No he didn’t. It was the first time it was introduced to him. Went back to the snaffle.
@@brandiedunn4102 Take your time
Great video-boy is it ever hard to teach people these easy things-I use cones poles and find the la garrocha helps a lot to teach body Placement and eyes-also I find I use my eyes a little different depending on the horse I am on and how far our relationship evolved to partner--the more in tune the more subtle the body direction can be moved -next is breathing -critical to know these things
Good colt working Music
Is he for sale
Yes he is. Located southern/central california
@@brandiedunn4102 how much money and how far from Tonopah Nevada also how old?
