Mmmmm eggplant 🤤🤤🤤

Not an eggplant person (as yet). Only now being able to get into steamed zucchini and summer squash. Still not a yam or sweet potato person - unless I would need to make them into dried chips. Eggplant is like either under cooked and raw bitter. Properly cooked and chewy like Chinese white mushroom texture (I like). Or overdone and slimy zucchini/summer squash/okra. But, this properly cooked and steamed eggplant with a ginger soy sauce sounds very enticing.

Easy cooking, easy eating. Prep work effort time 90%, cooking and eating time 10% effort. Only need fork or chopsticks (ohashi), no extensive kitchen, dinnerware, and utensils clean up afterwards. "Good food goes in easy, comes out easy. Bad food goes in hard, comes out hard !"

Either you have tiny hands with those shrimp - or they are monster shrimps !

Mixing that beef with a little juicy and soft pork, some mushroom (umami) powder, and the BBQ soy sauce ... then putting into the bell pepper makes for some very tasty and juicy meal. Also it is fabulously great to use red, orange, or yellow (sweet) bell peppers - as green bell peppers are bitter and nasty.
