Stupid Wagner knew nothing but grandeur.

It is a shame that most people do not know this whole extraordinary piece but only the few bars played at weddings. A truly great work!

Wagner was certainly on the stuff when he put together the majority of his works. And it all turned out ok.

Some of the most beautiful music ever composed and this is a very bright sounding performance.

Beautiful: Lohengrin is my favourite Teutonic knight: Christianity needs him in these days of fanaticism. Together with Galahad & Lancelot, there may be some realistic hope for a religion with few champions.

This piece seems too fast for me compared to how I played it a long time ago. It seems twice as fast as needed.
