Did you get the Mushin Arts? I think you also need Floating Passage text from the pot noble.

So if you want to get to the higher NG+ then Yes, Shura ending is the fastest way but you might lose out on attack power but it doesn't matter with this farming method. It depends on whether you'll be able to get through the enemies during NG+ 2 - 4/5 or not but this farming method requires Ashin Castle to be nighttime (which is after Divine Dragon) which means the final ending you have to do is Isshin sword saint ending before start farming. TL;DR If you think you can get through NG+2 to 4 without any problems then yes but keep in mind that you need to do Sword Saint ending before farming. PS. Sorry for the late reply. Do you mean Isshin's skill form Shura ending? I don't think so a lot of people said that they unlock this achievement without it.
