I didnt eat rice only oats, my recipe is very simple half small sachet of bearbrand and 1/2 cup of hot water to melt the milk and 4-5tbspoon of oats then mix the milk to the oats

I always cook my oatmeal with milk and it comes out delcious! just try not to add too much or too less of milk to maintain the texture, I use True elements whole oatmeal for making my recipes
I usually add blueberries or sliced bananas as toppings

I didn't have cinnamon individually so I added hot spices. It still tastes fine. Just the concentration of oats exceeded a little too more 😅

Never cook honey. It act poison if you boil honey or cook. Plz avoid honey to cook.
