Do you make a controller for the esab rogue 200i pro? I think it uses the tweco 8 pin

That's an inverter welder. The three AC phases are rectified to DC to charge a bank of capacitors before a DC to DC inverter by 6 diodes. That section of the welder can be run using 2 of the 3 AC input leads leads. Only the 4 of the 6 input diodes will be used, so limit welding current to 2/3 max welding amps. ( unless input diodes are high enough rating. Hint: look at schematic of single phase unit, are diodes same part as 3 phase unit. ) low voltage to operate controls comes from a transformer across 2 of the AC input leads. If no display try L2 & L3. If still no display try L1 & L3.

I have one, my onlynwant would be for a ramp down for ac tig.

Thanks for the review of this. I haven't seen the whole video, yet. I went through a slider phase about a two months ago. I hate the foot petal. I ended up settling on the one that's touch sensitive. The switch/dial ones were hindered by the glove thickness.

If you pay attention to the video, you'll see its design. You won't have any problems with these sliders.

Is there a linkie to the Zelda tig welding machine if so could you please send me it? Just like the other slides go something after awhile it will ware out and it would bite me...

Hey man I'm new to this and these things look like a better option than the pedal for me. Question though, that rocker is similar to an airbrush control but backwards. Is there any way to reverse the way it rocks? So pressing down would initiate arc, then pulling back increase the amps?

Hello sir a couple questions. Is this a lift start or does it have hf for tig? It doesn’t say in the description when looking online. Also, I don’t see this model AIZX on your website. And is the 200 amp model (AIT 200p) the same minus the amperage? Thank you and great vid👍

Why does the plug start at 120 and adapt to 220v? Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Hey Joe, I just got a pressure pro amperage controller for my Lincoln square wave from you. I'll looking forward to using it on my tig welder. I know it's going to take some learning to use it, but I think it will work better for me than a pedal controller for the type of off the table standing welding that I want to do.

Hey Joe, I have a few questions about your Pressure Pro amperage controller. Is there a tactile switch that turns on the arc initially? or is that simply turned on by the pressure sensor? If turned on by the pressure sensor - how much pressure does it take to start? How much pressure does it take to max out the current on the machine? Can you set the max current on the welder first and then fluctuate the current between the minimum and the set max? If i want to weld extremely thin gauge sheet metal and want the absolute minimum amps out of the machine, how easy is it to control the amperage at the minimum settings?

I like the glitter and color options.

Are you going to have it for the primeweld Tig 225x or is it just for the Vulcan?
